good roads, wide roads, good cultural events, pet friendly, hospitals are nearby snd adequate water supply.
Things need improvement
schools are far, small playing area for kids, small parks, swimming pool is sometimes not maintained.

Good things here
This is the best locality with reasonable maintenance charges according to their facilities. There are easily available cabs and amenities. The people in this locality are also good and the society is also built with good standard materials.

No complaints about this locality as all facilities are present with great reasonable charges. They are neither too high nor too low

Good things here
There are cabs available nearby which are easily accessible and there are no power cuts or water issues I have faced. Quality of roads are also good and there is no clogging situation during monsoons. Quality of walls are also good in this society and the society is secure from all the sides.
Things need improvement
The problem which most societies have is that very high traffic is there sometimes. This society also has high traffic but not all the times.

I feel safe and secure living in the society in night and the fellow people in this locality are also good. The quality of walls are very good and the society is built with good standard materials. There are no power cuts or water issues faced by me.

Sometimes traffic becomes a high in the locality. This can we reduced if all cars are not allowed to enter into the locality.

There are clean and well maintained roads with proper street lights. Good schools and hospitals are nearby.

I have took a plot in this locality one month ago and I certainly liked the facilities like nearby schools, malls and hospitals built here. They are taking reasonable maintenance charges from me which is very less. Also the quality of walls are also good in the locality and are made with good standard materials.
Things need improvement
This is the most difficult question for me about saying the things which I disliked this locality as there is nothing to dislike about. Because this locality is best and certainly very happy taking a plot here.

Good things here
This locality is very well maintained. The neighbors here are nice and educated who help all the time.Water and electricity supply is good. Here everyone celebrates festivals together. Cab and public transportation services are good.There is a park nearby where children go to play. Local market is nearby.
Things need improvement
The road is not cleaned completely. Mosquitoes also appear at night.There is traffic jam here during the rains.The rent here is a little high.

Good things here
The society is built with good standard materials and is the best society I have ever seen in Mumbai. The society contains various amenities such as gym, pool and clubhouse. The nearby markets and malls are easily accessible and are at a walkable distance. The festivals and cultural holidays are also celebrated in the society with full enjoyment.
Things need improvement
Some amount of problem is faced during high traffics but not always. Once in a week or a month rest I haven't faced any difficulty here.
