Mr Mamania has been instrumental in constructing many multiplexes including India’s first iconic IMAX Dome in Mumbai and has also been associated with Satyam and Sabari developers. Currently, he is a Director at Shemaroo Entertainment Limited, a public limited company listed on BSE/NSE. Mr. Samir Savla Mr. Samir Savla, offers new energy and perspective to Meraki. He has 16 years of extensive experience in real estate development, and has proficiency in all phases of development, including permits, regulations, and construction. He has handled a broad range of assignments, including land surveys, title audits, and building approvals from various departments. His competence is unmatched. His career high points include finishing an SRA project on time, rehabilitating 300 slum residents at the Goregaon East Project - Synergy Business Park and developing freehold land at the Deonar Project - Satyam Springs.
