I'm fortunate to have everything readily available in terms of public transportation right outside our society. Autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs are easily accessible, making connectivity very convenient. Nearby hospitals, clinics, market areas, schools, and restaurants add to the convenience of living in our society. I appreciate the ample parking space allotted to all residents, ensuring parking is never a hassle. The construction quality of our society is commendable. I haven't faced any seepage or leakage issues, and the ventilation is also good. I haven't encountered any issues regarding electricity or water quality in our society. The society is well-maintained, with timely garbage collection and a good drainage system preventing water logging issues. We have a range of facilities and amenities available, including a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids, all of which are well-maintained. The residents of our society are friendly and cooperative, and there are no pet-related issues. The presence of functional CCTV cameras and security guards adds to the sense of safety and security in our society. The elevators are properly maintained, with two available to serve the residents efficiently. Overall, our society is quite big and spacious.
Unfortunately, the swimming pool in our society is not functional at the moment, which is disappointing for residents who enjoy using it. Additionally, we sometimes face issues with water supply in the society, with water being supplied at very low pressure or in insufficient amounts.

There was major issue was street dogs which come inside the society guards should be more attentive regarding as it is karmful for small kids. other wise everythingw as good in the society

Society is well-located with multiple schools, hospitals, grocery shops, malls, and restaurants nearby. Auto cabs are easily available, ensuring good connectivity. The build quality of the apartments is excellent. In my flat specifically, there is ample space and the interior is beautifully designed, with well-planned rooms. The society offers various amenities including two clubhouses, one podium, a garden, a kids' play area, a gym, a hall, a walking track, and open spaces. All these amenities are well-maintained. Allotted parking is available in both the basement and podium, providing two-tier parking for owners and visitors. The quality of roads within the society is�also�top-notch.
Ola and Uber services are not available near the society. For water supply, we rely on tankers as municipal water is not provided, leading to high maintenance costs of around _3,500+. Amenities, such as the swimming pool, have been non-functional for years and need to be fixed. No festivals are celebrated in the society. Although the building was constructed 6 to 7 years ago, the builder has yet to hand it over. These issues need to be addressed�and�improved.

I really enjoy living here because of the friendly neighbors. We all look out for each other, which creates a nice sense of community. It's good to have designated parking for each resident, and everyone follows the rules, which helps keep things organized. Regular garbage collection with proper segregation keeps the area clean. The elevators are reliable and well-maintained, and the presence of CCTV cameras and 24/7 security guards adds to our sense of safety. The flats are well-ventilated with good plaster and fittings. It's also great that we have modern amenities like a gym and clubhouse available.
The connectivity here is poor; public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs are not easily available and are about 1. 25 km away, which is inconvenient. There's an issue with seepage and moisture in some parts of the building. While we have regular garbage collection, the overall maintenance of modern amenities like the gym and clubhouse is lacking. Water issues are a problem not just in our society but in neighboring ones as well. Despite the good aspects, improving these areas would make living here much better.

Additionally, there is no metro in the area. Regarding power backup, it is limited to common areas of the society, posing potential inconvenience�during�outages.

Adjacent to our community, one can find local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants. The roads outside the society are in good condition, with no significant traffic issues. Garbage collection is conducted promptly, and CCTV cameras are installed within the premises for added security

Unfortunately, the maintenance and cleanliness standards within the society are not up to par, and hygiene is not properly maintained. Furthermore, there are challenges regarding interpersonal relations among residents, with instances of unfriendliness and conflicts, particularly concerning pet-related matters. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, restaurants available outside the society. The water supply is very good in the society. Water is available for 24*7 in the society. The society has got good drainage system, there are no such water logging issues inside the society. The construction quality of the society is well to do, seepage and leakage issues are not faced. All facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available and it functional properly. Paintings are done on time.
The society's connectivity is average, transportation issues are there, public transportations are not available easily. Most of the time cabs gets cancelled as the road that shows in google maps that road is not there only so the cabs and autos don't come and get cancelled. The maintainance of the society is not good. My building is not kept clean, it is not maintained on a regular basis. There are staffs available for cleaning part but society is not kept clean. People in the society are not cooperative at all, even if there are meetings people oppose for everything

The construction quality is excellent, providing proper ventilation. Additionally, there is a gym and clubhouse that are well-maintained, and the neighbours are nice and friendly. Regular electricity and water supply add to the convenience.
While the overall experience in the society is great, the gym and swimming pool lack some equipment. Additionally, a few neighbours tend to throw garbage around, which can be an issue.

The society is consistently clean, with punctual garbage collection. Maintenance charges are reasonable, and the construction quality of the buildings is good. Security is excellent, supported by CCTV surveillance and guards. We have amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area. The community is friendly and cooperative, coming together to celebrate cultural events
The road quality is poor, leading to significant traffic issues. Limited parking space, compounded by the absence of guest parking, exacerbates the problem
