Good things here

Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, restaurants available outside the society. The water supply is very good in the society. Water is available for 24*7 in the society. The society has got good drainage system, there are no such water logging issues inside the society. The construction quality of the society is well to do, seepage and leakage issues are not faced. All facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available and it functional properly. Paintings are done on time.

Things need improvement

The society's connectivity is average, transportation issues are there, public transportations are not available easily. Most of the time cabs gets cancelled as the road that shows in google maps that road is not there only so the cabs and autos don't come and get cancelled. The maintainance of the society is not good. My building is not kept clean, it is not maintained on a regular basis. There are staffs available for cleaning part but society is not kept clean. People in the society are not cooperative at all, even if there are meetings people oppose for everything

Good things here

There are no such water logging issues inside the society. Parking is available and I have no issues with that. CCTV cameras are installed. 2 Lifts are available and it functional properly. People staying in the society are friendly and copperative. Paintings are done on time.

Things need improvement

The society's connectivity is average, transportation issues are there, public transportations are not available easily. Redevelopment work is still in progress, big transport vehicles blocks the road for easy connectivity. Roads are narrow near the society. There are some construction works that are going on for which garbage collections are not done on time. The construction quality is average, I've seen in some flats specially in washrooms and basement areas there are seepage and leakage issues. All facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society but it is not properly maintained by the management Equipements in the gym are not sufficient. Swimmingpool is not functional. Maintainance charges are high. Water supply issues are faced a lot, generally water that is received is from tanker. So, the water quality depends on the tanker water. For drinking Filter is necessary.

NIBM Road and Kondhwa Road are two roads that cross each other. Buses, trains, and other types of public transportation are all available. The location is good and there is no water or power supply problem in this project. Also, the connectivity is at par because you can easily reach the auto or bus stand which is frequently available, It is a calm and peaceful place where safety is taken care of well as police patrolling is also done regularly without fail.

It is located at a prime location with a calm and safe environment along with all the basic amenities including schools, ATMs, banks, etc. Completely safe for women and children because of high-security arrangements which ensure that people living in the society always feel safe. We feel there is more to life at ARV New Town. We give professionally constructed homes with amenities that pamper you, giving it even more purpose. Lots of parking space for residents as well as for the visitors. Water and electricity are not an issue are available all the time. Connectivity is too good because the national highway is just half an hour away. Cabs reach here easily and the public transport is also quite accessible. It is a nice project with a great view of nearby mountains and fresh air.

Connectivity is not an issue and you can reach anywhere in no time. This Residential property was built with all of today's necessities in mind, making it an excellent choice. Calm environment for kids because there are many green parks where they can play and remain healthy. NH-65, Hadapsar Road, and other roads connect Undri to the rest of the country. A pollution-free environment with high-class construction at a reasonable price is the pros of this project. There are all basic amenities available inside the premises. All the public transport options are readily available. Thanks to the other amenities like swimming pool, parks, Gym along with CCTV coverage you do not have to go outside for daily needs. Connectivity is a plus point because the bus stand is nearby. Also, all cabs arrive here on time which saves a lot of time. A calm and good location with strongly constructed flats and houses is what describes the place the best.

Suitable for working couples and parents as the standard safety measures are taken care of. Good connectivity to shops, malls, ATMs, colleges and schools, and all other basic amenities are available within a walking distance. It is one of the best societies from the point of view of safety and security.
