Things need improvement

A close friend of mine is a resident here and I lived with him for a few days before writing this detailed review. It is a high rise structure society and is one of the first taken up by the builder, hence bringing its own challenges. Looks like they are not experienced in this type of high rise buildings and have not analyzed the problems properly. For example, their plumbing valves are all so inaccessible that for smallest of maintenance work the plumber has to jump into the shaft and then put a ladder on a very risky platform and then get hold of the valves. Residents have to otherwise depend on the availability of their upper neighbor for any kind of maintenance access. Tiles used are age old designs, don’t give fresh feeling at all. Tiling work is also not up to the mark, slopes are all wrong and water gets accumulated in bathrooms. Doors are also not upto the mark. Designs are so basic and minimal that it feels cheap even after spending so much for the property. Sliding glass doors vibrate with heavy winds and if there is no one at the house and all doors are closed, chances are that the glass would break. Empty houses with all doors closed pose a great threat. Plumbing lines are cracking up due to the high pressure of high rise building which they have not designed well. Every other day there is a maintenance going on owing to plumbing lines. Entry to the premises is directly into the parking.

Thee Undri in South Pune is very fast developing location . It's famous for more than 10-15 international schools situated in the location. There are many good projects in Undri with very good infrastructure , modern amenities and are in affordable budget for everyone . Undri is close to Hadapsar , Katraj , Pune Camp , Magarpatta etc

There is too much pollution which makes the environment very unhgenic as there is huge population. The place is dirty and this needs to be changed. Garbage disposal by concerned authorities is not satisfactory. Bad odour is common near my house and even after repeated complaints, the issue has not been solved.

There is easy availibility of public transport like autos, Rikshaws and app based cabs are available 24/7. Residents are happy with the tranportation facilities and to a large extent the connectivity of the locality and its location justify the real estate prices in this area.

There are many flyovers so there is no traffic and one can reach their destination on time. The road connecticivity in this locality is quite efficient and hence transportation facilties are quite good as well. One can easily find a cab or auto in the locality premises and there are bus stops spread throughout the locality as well

The municipality had taken care of the residents during corona as frequent sanitization was prevelent and the place is also very neat and clean. The streets are well maintained and garbage disposal is efficient so the residents are happy with the performance of the municipality officials.

There are 2 schools near the vicinity where your child can get admission and instead of commuting your children can focus on studies. Apart from good educational institutions, there are some good hospitals close to the locality premises. There are some shops in the area that cater to all the daily needs of residents.
