I have been living there for a couple of years, and so far, I haven't faced any issues. Public transport is available. Society is beautiful there is a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse.
As i have mentioned public transport are available, but not very easily accessible. There are infrastructure issues in the society, including leakage and seepage problems. However, the people living here are not friendly, and the society is not pet-friendly.

Oberoi is a brand which has been in market since decades. They have given many premium projects. Esquire is an exception. Great amenities and super spacious flats.
The only disadvantage of this project is the distance from railway station. Although you can get the nearest metro station from highway.

Power back up facilities are there in the society.Allocated parking space for the owners and visitors.Build quality is just top notch.Local railway station and bus stand is at walkable distance from the society.All the modern amenities are present in the society and high security to there residents.
As such there are no flaws in the society but sometimes Society can improve and enhance its celebration of cultural events.

Connectivity is good, public transport is easily available. You come out of the society and you get the auto , cabs easily. Koi issue aata hai toh, wo resolve karte hain maintenance wale.
Cleanliness is a concern, in lobby, in the parks more cleanliness is required. She is from last 5 years, she said Cleanliness was taken care of, but now it is not done. Cleanliness should be focused upon. Right now, abhi construction chal raha hai toh us ki wajah se connectivity mein issue ho raha hai.

Build quality was top notch,no leakage and seepage issues are there in the society.allocated parking has been provided for resident.
Overall society facilities can be improved, More cultural events should take place.

Lots of open space has been giving builder has fullfulled all the promised amenities like swimming pool club house,kid play area.parking space is quite good and allocated parking has been given.all the community people stay together and celebrate together.cabs auto,available on walking distance.
Sometime we had faced lekage and seepage issue even though the apartment is only 5 yrs old.

Issues in the society are resolved quickly. Auto rickshaws are readily available. Garbage collection is done daily, keeping the society clean. Elevator maintenance is done regularly. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. The people are good. All festivals are celebrated in the society, and there is parking available for visitors.
The roads outside the society are not in good condition, The road repair work is currently in progress. There are fewer lifts than necessary and suggest having more.In my flat, there is a bit of leakage, and there are cracks on the walls.

The society is located in a prime location, with the railway station and metro just 10 minutes away. Amenities such as grocery shops, malls, and restaurants are easily accessible, making connectivity excellent. The build quality is excellent, with no reported issues of leakage or seepage due to the new construction. All amenities, including a swimming pool, clubhouse, play area, and gym, are well-maintained and fully functional, with a dedicated maintenance team overseeing their upkeep. Spacious parking, including a 4-level parking area with lifts, is provided for both owners and visitors. There is 24-hour water and electricity supply, and security features such as CCTV surveillance, my gate, and guards are in place. Garbage collection is conducted daily, with wet and dry waste segregated. The residents are cooperative and celebrate all festivals together in the society.
The ongoing construction work to correct roads near the society has led to traffic congestion during peak hours, making it difficult to reach home. The narrow roads exacerbate the situation, causing significant traffic problems and pollution in the vicinity. Additionally, the multipurpose hall in the society is too small considering the large number of residents, with approximately 300 flats in the society. Furthermore, the lift in the society is slow, especially during peak school and office hours, leading to long wait times of 10 to 15 minutes. Given that the building has over 50 floors, waiting for the lift becomes challenging, and walking up the stairs is not feasible for many residents.The maintenance charges of the apartment are perceived to be high, and there is a lack of transparency regarding how these charges are allocated and utilized

This place is well maintained with nice connectivity plus we can get cabs and autos any time. I love nature first of all. The complex also has CCTV, security personnel, and a lot more. Full AC interiors are provided with premium fittings and design. Everything you need is in close reach.
