Good things here

Have never faced an issue like the connectivity of public transport. maintenance of the society is also very good they maintain proper cleanliness and greenery in the society. there is proper water and power supply at all times. there are amenities available in the society like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area for children with proper courts for basketball, tennis, and badminton.

It's important to facilitate the construction of the patchy part of the road to the highway as soon as possible. Good things here

Maibtennace personal are pro active, they revert back and fix teh problem as and when required. Lifts are there in the complex and it is very well taken care of . neighbourhood is helpful and friendly, they even celebrated all the festivals and ocassions together. Swimming pool is there with mild fee for the outsiders or visitors and it is completely opne for residents. There is no garabage collection issue, as its picked and dumped timely. There is hardly any issue with power cuts

Main road is not developed that is rigth outside teh society, due to which the public transporattation is not there. Youve to walk till main road or highway to get an auto or bus, it is gradually starting but due to road its not fully fledged started. There are seepage issues at times and cracks are thre in the walls which gets fixed if consulted with maintennace . The occupancy is alot, as compared to it the maintennace staff is less so teh number needs to increased alogn with the professionalism of teh staff

The society has great public transport, metro is available nearby. The hygiene facility is good and swimming pool is available. Clubhouse, parking, CCTV camera, lift facilities are available. People are quite friendly and festivals are celebrated together.

Drainage issue is faced in the society and play area is comparatively small. The society has some safety issues as CCTV cameras stops working sometimes, and it becomes a big problem at night.

This community is gated with three entrances, all well-guarded, including each tower. Each tower has a stylish reception and lounge area with round-the-clock security. There are multiple parks with children's play areas, as well as badminton and squash courts and a fully equipped club. The club features a swimming pool, restaurant, gym, and bowling alley. Plus, there are convenient stores on-site for all your needs. CCTV is installed at all security checkpoints for added safety.

There are some concerns about the wall build quality, as the paint tends to peel off frequently. Maintenance costs are also quite high. Additionally, the gate app, Apna Complex, isn't very well-designed, with visitor notifications expiring too quickly. Another issue is that all flats are only open on one side, leading to poor cross ventilation.
