A sufficient amount of parking space is allocated for all residents. The society is meticulously maintained, ensuring cleanliness and proper hygiene standards are upheld. Garbage collection is conducted regularly and punctually. Residents foster a friendly and cooperative atmosphere within the society. CCTV surveillance is installed throughout the society, contributing to a robust security system. The construction quality is generally satisfactory, with minimal issues such as seepage and termite problems. Rooms are well-ventilated, enhancing residents' comfort. Lifts operate smoothly, with timely maintenance conducted. There are no reported issues regarding water and electricity supply. Security guards are available to further ensure residents' safety. Various facilities and amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids are available and in good working order.read more
