No more safe to stay here due to mine key menace inside the society. No restaurant/coffee inside is an additional demerit. No banquet hall leaves us with a problem of a venue for having smaller parties.read more

The society is very well connected on the main road. There is a very good market nearby, providing easy access to essential goods and services. Water logging issues are not faced, the drainage system is good around the society. Electricity is available all the time. My rooms are very well ventilated and sunlight is received properly. Seepage and termite issues also did not arise in my society. Elevators are regularly maintained and it is properly functional. Security system is good Security guards are available. CCTV cameras are installed and functions properly. There are proper parking alloted to all residents and also parking related rules are followed. Modern Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house and parks is available in the society, amenities are properly maintained and all are functional. The neighbourhood of the society is very good as people are friendly and decent.read more
The maintenance is not at all good, society is not kept clean and hygeine is also not maintained. Maintenace charges are on the higher side. According to such high charges the maintenance is not done accorgingly. The bathroom fittings are not repaired on time by the society. Water quality is very bad for which lot of people are suffering. Approach road is in very bad condition.read more
