February 13, 2024: Delhi-based real estate developer Anant Raj has announced the procurement of the RERA registration for its latest luxury housing project, The Estate Residences, located on Golf Course Extension Road in Gurgaon in the foothills of the Aravallis, according to an official release.
Anant Raj plans to develop 248 luxurious high-rise (30+ floors) condominiums in the project. The project offers 4 BHK apartments ranging from 3700 square foot (sqft) to 4,800 sqft. The project holds a revenue potential of around Rs 1,800 crore, according to the developer.
The project spans over 5.43 acre of land within the developer’s 180-acre Integrated Residential Township, Anant Raj Estate, at Sector 63-A on Golf Course Extension Road, Gurgaon.
The estate residences have connectivity from a 60-metre-wide road and a fully operational 24-metre-wide road. The project offers Aravalli views and has various modern amenities, including a lavish 40,000 sqft club.
