Good things here
The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The location of the society is very good. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Road conditions outside the society is good, Roads are quite broad outside the society. Traffic issues are not faced outside the society. There are no water logging issues faced inside or outside the society. Drainange system is very good in the society. Paintings and water proofings are done on time in the society. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. Basement parking is available both for 2 and 4 wheelers. The constructuion quality is good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Balcony is available in all the rooms of the society. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society.Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Amenities are maintained properly. Basket ball and tennis courts are available in the society, Walking space is available in the society premises. People are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the festivals and events are celebrated together in the society.
Things need improvement
The management of the society is not good in the society. Pest control is not done by the society, residents have to arrange it on their own. Metro is not available nearby the society.

People in the society are friendly and cooperative and festivals are celebrated regularly. Maintenance charges of the society are also reasonable.
Things need improvement
The roads around the society are very dirty and dilapidated, so they should be a little neat and clean and the construction quality of the society is a little bad and no amenities

Good things here
The walls are of good quality. In terms of amenities, there are two or three play areas in the same compound, along with a gym and a clubhouse. The people are very cooperative.
Things need improvement
Transportation connectivity wasn't good in the society. Ola and Uber didn't come here. Commercially, they aim to drop passengers here because they get fewer pickups. There's also a minor seepage issue inside the buildings.
