The construction quality is commendable, and it's extremely pet-friendly, with ample space for pets to roam. Maintenance charges are reasonable, and well-maintained roads, coupled with easy access to cabs, are major advantages.
One minor issue is occasional heavy traffic right outside the apartment, causing disturbance for children studying and elderly residents. Metro connectivity isn't available yet, but hopefully, it will be added soon to improve the situation. Adding more indoor games would be beneficial for children and residents alike.

The location is a definite plus, and it's rare to find people willing to sell their flats here. Despite having over 800 apartments, it remains well-maintained, clean, quiet, and serene.
Visitor parking is not available, necessitating parking on side lanes, which can be inconvenient. Additionally, there are occasional lapses in cleaning the swimming pools and gyms. Furthermore, traffic jams are on the rise in the area, adding to commuting woes.
