Good things here
Living in this society has been quite convenient for me. Its proximity to the main road ensures easy access to transportation options like autos, buses, and cabs, which is particularly helpful for my daily commute. Additionally, having markets, grocery stores, schools, malls, salons, and restaurants nearby adds to the overall convenience of living here. The presence of a metro station nearby is an added bonus. I appreciate the functional street lights that ensure safety at night, and the ample parking space available in the society. The amenities provided, including the gym, swimming pool, club house, park, and play area for kids, are well-maintained and add to the quality of life here. Maintenance in the society is commendable, with timely garbage collection and continuous water and electricity supply. The cleanliness and hygiene standards are upheld, contributing to a pleasant living environment. Any issues that arise are promptly addressed and resolved by the management. I haven't personally encountered any seepage or leakage issues in my flat, which speaks to the quality of construction. The proper ventilation in the flats ensures comfort. Overall, people are friendly and cooperative, and there haven't been any pet-related issues as residents have mutually agreed upon pet-related concerns.

Living in this society has its challenges, particularly with traffic and infrastructure issues. The approach roads are not in good condition, leading to frequent traffic congestion and issues. Additionally, the presence of a large dumpster outside the society and poor drainage contribute to a dirty environment, especially during drainage collections. Water logging issues further exacerbate the situation, making it unpleasant for residents. Parking problems are another concern, as cars from outside the society often occupy spaces, causing chaos and inconvenience for residents. Furthermore, mobile network issues affect all SIM cards, creating communication challenges for residents.

It's reassuring to know that the roads are well-maintained and that parking facilities are available within the society premises, making life easier for residents with vehicles. The proximity of markets and hospitals is a huge plus, ensuring that essential needs are met without much hassle. Regular garbage disposal reflects a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene, contributing to a pleasant living environment. Having elevators, continuous water and electricity supply, and properly ventilated flats are basic yet essential amenities that greatly enhance comfort and quality of life. And the fact that it's a pet-friendly society is just the cherry on top.
Things need improvement
The lack of an operational metro system in Mumbai can be a bit inconvenient for commuting, but luckily, there are other transportation options available. I'm not entirely sure about the nearby schools, which could be a concern for families in the area. One of the issues we face in the society is a slight seepage problem and dampness, which can be quite bothersome. Additionally, the limited availability of visitor parking spots, with only 3 or 4 spots that are often taken, can be frustrating when guests come over. Since I'm not very social with my neighbors, I haven't had the chance to get to know them well. It would be nice to feel more connected to the community, but it's something I'll need to work on.

Spacious and well-ventilated rooms with no seepage issues contribute to comfortable living. Friendly and cooperative community atmosphere fosters a sense of belonging among residents. Availability of facilities and amenities like a gym, clubhouse, and play area for kids enhances the quality of life for residents.
Things need improvement
During rainy season the connectivity is not nice as very limited public transportations are available. Water logging issues are faced a lot around the society. No Metro station nearby the society. swimming pool is not provided in the society.

There have been no issues with seepage or drainage inside the society, thanks to the good quality maintenance of walls. The buildings feature well-ventilated rooms for comfort. Facilities like a gym and clubhouse are available, and each resident has a dedicated parking area. Furthermore, there are play areas and parks accessible to residents. The friendly and cooperative nature of the people in the society fosters a sense of community and mutual support.

Not having a swimming pool in the society is indeed a missed opportunity to enhance the quality of living. A swimming pool would not only provide residents with a recreational facility but also contribute to a healthier lifestyle.

The neighbors are very humble, cooperative, and friendly, contributing to a warm community atmosphere. Even the workers are friendly and approachable, adding to the positive experience. The connectivity is excellent, with autos, cabs, and buses easily available, and the roads are in good condition. Designated parking is provided, ensuring there are no issues finding a spot. Garbage collection is handled efficiently, with waste being collected early in the morning and disposed of properly. The elevators are regularly maintained, and there is a reliable 24/7 water and electricity supply. The quality of plaster and fittings in the flats is excellent, with proper ventilation ensuring a comfortable living environment. There are no issues with seepage or termites, which is a big plus. The society offers modern amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool, are regular maintainance is done.
Things need improvement
Living in this society has been mostly positive for me but there is one minor issue. Sometimes, people keeping pets can cause trouble to others, although it's not a frequent problem. Other than that, everything is fine, and the overall living experience here is quite satisfactory.

Connectivity was excellent, with the BKC flyover located nearby, as well as a local railway station in close proximity to the society. All modern amenities were available within the society, and maintenance was top-notch. The building was in good condition at that time, so there were no issues with leakage or seepage. Additionally, allocated parking spaces were provided for both owners and visitors.
Things need improvement
During the monsoon, there were issues with waterlogging inside the apartment. The rooms were not very spacious and felt isolated. Additionally, the proximity of the railway station to the society caused disturbance for the residents.

Only thing which was good about this society is connectivity as everything was easy to approach near by the society regarding local transport or any kind of essentials.
Things need improvement
My living experience in that society is not at all good like there as the society is very much claustrophobic even though the quality of the apartment is also pathatic ,Building were very much congested,Apartment were also small. Amenities were also poor like there was no swimmig pool in our building and gym was too small and no equiptments were there inside the gym

Society has good connectivity like local market ,schools,hospitals were around the society even though auto ,cabs were easily available.All the modern amenities were present in the society and there were no extra charges from tenant to use any of the facilities.Build quality was great,no lekage and seepage issue asorund the society.

Overall my living experience in that society was great but maintenance of the apartment can be improve in the society.

Society ki security kafi acchi hai, apps and CCTV camera sab proper hai. utility and drinking water 24*7 available hota hai. society me sare celebration bohot acche se hote hai. parking kafi acchi hai. gym properly maintained hai.
Things need improvement
Parking space is not eniough society should look in to this. internal space is not suffient in the society. no mertro station near by. there are no balconis to the flats.
