Good things here

Living in this society has been quite convenient for me. Its proximity to the main road ensures easy access to transportation options like autos, buses, and cabs, which is particularly helpful for my daily commute. Additionally, having markets, grocery stores, schools, malls, salons, and restaurants nearby adds to the overall convenience of living here. The presence of a metro station nearby is an added bonus. I appreciate the functional street lights that ensure safety at night, and the ample parking space available in the society. The amenities provided, including the gym, swimming pool, club house, park, and play area for kids, are well-maintained and add to the quality of life here. Maintenance in the society is commendable, with timely garbage collection and continuous water and electricity supply. The cleanliness and hygiene standards are upheld, contributing to a pleasant living environment. Any issues that arise are promptly addressed and resolved by the management. I haven't personally encountered any seepage or leakage issues in my flat, which speaks to the quality of construction. The proper ventilation in the flats ensures comfort. Overall, people are friendly and cooperative, and there haven't been any pet-related issues as residents have mutually agreed upon pet-related concerns.read more

Living in this society has its challenges, particularly with traffic and infrastructure issues. The approach roads are not in good condition, leading to frequent traffic congestion and issues. Additionally, the presence of a large dumpster outside the society and poor drainage contribute to a dirty environment, especially during drainage collections. Water logging issues further exacerbate the situation, making it unpleasant for residents. Parking problems are another concern, as cars from outside the society often occupy spaces, causing chaos and inconvenience for residents. Furthermore, mobile network issues affect all SIM cards, creating communication challenges for residents.read more
