Access to shopping markets, including those for fresh fruits and vegetables, is convenient. Moreover, well-maintained swimming pools and gyms are available. Overall, the area provides a safe, hygienic, and luxurious living environment.
Occasionally, there's a bit of traffic due to its prime location, but the constant patrol by traffic police ensures safety. That's the only downside about the locality. The residents are well-behaved, and the society has a well-maintained meeting house for gatherings.

I appreciate the society's excellent maintenance of the swimming pool, complete with well-branded equipment and stairs for entry. The drinking water facilities are top-notch, and overall water supply is exceptionally well-maintained, with the added bonus of a water recycling treatment unit. The high-speed lift is well-maintained, making it convenient for residents. Taxi and auto services are easily accessible nearby, ensuring hassle-free commuting. However, there's room for improvement in public transport within the society area. The society also boasts a well-maintained gymnasium.
I'm dissatisfied with the security services as they seem to be lacking. Security guards are reported to misbehave with society members regularly. The garden area isn't well-maintained; issues with pipeline or water sprinkling result in an unattractive, non-green garden. Additionally, there's a lack of a proper playground and walking path in the society, despite hefty maintenance fees being charged.

The entire premises are under CCTV surveillance, ensuring excellent security. Access for delivery personnel and guests is granted only after confirmation from the respective owner, adding an extra layer of safety. The clubhouse boasts impressive amenities including a 50 m pool, gym, and a 4-star restaurant with top-quality chefs. There are also plenty of indoor games available. Ample parking for 100 cars is provided, and there's even an Apollo hospital nearby for emergencies. The area is well-connected with public transport and online cab services. A music museum and convention center add to the cultural offerings, perfect for events. The only drawback seems to be the park, which lacks sports facilities.
A major drawback is the restriction on allowing relatives or friends into the park. Additionally, noise from kids playing can be disruptive, especially on lower floors in the evenings. Moreover, there is no provision for visitors' parking in the Mayflower block.

The residence is so airy and has substantial area for tree planting. The place is so relaxed for meditation and yoga as well. I used to meditate here every sunrise. The vast area of jogging and walking track is here. My father has heart issues and he walks every day here. It has basketball, badminton courts exist here. Every dweller of this place used to do all the festivals and programs together. They are so friendly and helpful over any emergency.

I have bought a 2bhk flat in this complex and living with my parents for 2years and did not have any major issues till now. The designs of rooms are so unique. Every rooms are so airy. The elevators are so fastest. The society is so calm and that's why I can continue my studies from here. This is a RERA registered project.

No airport is located nearby, IGI Airport is 40 km away, which is an hour's drive and the nearest railway station is at Gurgaon, about 30 km away so when we need to go anywhere, we have to depend on roadways only. Shortage of drinking water supply due to severely low water table also creates a major issue to the local people.

Gurgaon-Sohna Road (NH-248A) connects the region to Gurgaon and eventually Delhi and my hometown is Delhi so this place is quite beneficial to go my hometown anytime. The place serves a good connectivity too like Haryana Roadways Buses are the primary mode of intercity travel. Many schools and hospitals are also nearby.
