Good things here
All schools, markets, hospitals are nearby within 1-2km range. Cabs and autos are eaisly available. Construction quality is good. Garden, Gym, clubhouse , swimming pool is available and is well maintained. Its a gated community and is secure.

Buses and autos are easily assessable from this area and the rate of transportation is also bearable. Some internal street lights are located in the compound and car parking area is also available there.
