All schools, markets, hospitals are nearby within 1-2km range. Cabs and autos are eaisly available. Construction quality is good. Garden, Gym, clubhouse , swimming pool is available and is well maintained. Its a gated community and is secure.read more

Good things here

I've been living in this society for a while now, and it has a lot to offer in terms of facilities and convenience. The connectivity is excellent, with buses, autos, and cabs readily available. There's a hospital, school, and a market nearby, and the metro station is just a 15-minute walk away, which is really handy. One of the things I appreciate most is the designated parking, with rules that are strictly followed, ensuring order. Garbage collection is regular, and it's properly segregated into dry and wet waste, keeping the environment clean. The elevators are installed and maintained regularly, so there's never an issue with them. The 24/7 water and electricity supply, along with a backup system, means I never have to worry about disruptions. Any issues that come up are resolved within a day or two, which is very efficient. The flats are well-ventilated, with no problems of seepage or termites. There are modern amenities like a gym, clubhouse, all of which are well-maintained. Security is taken seriously, with 24/7 guards and CCTV surveillance, making me feel very safe. What really stands out to me is the community spirit here. Cultural festivals are regularly celebrated together, and the neighbors are incredibly humble and friendly, which creates a wonderful, welcoming atmosphere.
