Good things here
All the services provided are quite good too. I particularly appreciate how clean and well-maintained everything is. As a car owner, I find the parking space ample and convenient. Security is also top-notch, making me feel safe. The garden is beautifully green and refreshing, and whenever I spend time there, I feel rejuvenated. Overall, the society is clean, tidy, and the service is satisfactory.
Things need improvement
I'm quite disappointed with the data service providers available in the society. I believe the society should allow larger providers like Hathway. Currently, only small, local providers are permitted, and their service quality is not up to par. Additionally, the presence of small cottages near the society emitting a lot of smoke from their chimneys contributes to air pollution in the vicinity, making the air quality quite poor.

Good things here
The society has excellent security measures, and all visitors must follow entry protocols. In terms of safety, it's better than other societies in the area
Things need improvement
The neighborhood doesn't have a clubhouse; it only has a small garden area where kids can play. Even though there are many sections (wings) in the neighborhood, they should have at least provided a clubhouse for the people who live there.

Good things here
It's a family-friendly community with a great atmosphere, and there's a garden area where residents can relax. Plus, the view is fantastic, especially from the back of the building, where you can see Sanjay Gandhi National Park. This community is located in Dahisar East.
Things need improvement
The society is situated in Vaishali Nagar, Dahisar East, which is considered a somewhat unsafe area. It's not advisable to wander around late at night because there have been instances of crimes such as chain snatchings and other incidents in the vicinity.

Good things here
The society is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Water supply is available 24/7, and there's constant CCTV surveillance for security. The club and playground are well taken care of, and there's a modern gym equipped with everything you need. Parking spaces are ample, and there's no traffic congestion nearby.
Things need improvement
The society lacks a generator, which can be a significant problem during power outages. The swimming pool requires better maintenance and should be cleaned weekly for hygiene. Additionally, there are no shops nearby the society, which can inconvenience residents for their daily needs.

Good things here
Our society prioritizes safety with advanced CCTV installations. There are well-maintained gyms and clubs for laughter and yoga. Children have ample play areas, including a large playground within the society. Shops are conveniently located within the society. Two swimming pools cater to both children and adults. Adequate parking space is available. Strict security measures ensure no outsiders, like salesmen, enter the society. Additionally, there is an excellent power backup system in place.
Things need improvement
Daily traffic jams are a common issue in this area. There are a few temples in the surrounding for Hindu residents. Unfortunately, there is no nearby metro connectivity at the moment, and the airport is quite far from here.

Good things here
The maintenance quality of the society is satisfactory with regular cleaning and hygiene. The construction quality is also fine with no seepage and leakage issues in the society building. Amenities like gym swimming pool and clubhouse are available in the society. The residents are friendly in nature and celebrate all festivals and events together.
Things need improvement
The transportation connectivity near the society is not very satisfactory as public transport options are little distant.

It's a good society with the advantage of numerous nearby restaurants, creating a pleasant culinary environment. The area is hygienic, and the absence of traffic jams contributes to a favorable living environment. Additionally, the easy availability of cabs adds to the convenience for residents.
Things need improvement
The absence of a nearby park and shops, including supermarkets. This lack of convenient access to basic amenities could be a significant drawback.

Very nice and well-maintained society. It offers nice parks, a gym, and various facilities, including a swimming pool. The society has dedicated parking areas for residents and visitors, along with other amenities
Things need improvement
The lifts frequently experience issues, and dealing with the maintenance team can be bothersome. Additionally, the building hasn't been handed over to the society yet.

It's a gated community, ensuring that outsiders need a pass to enter. The parking area for vehicles is ample and well-managed.

The club is not well-maintained, and there's an increasing issue of pollution. The swimming pool is also not properly maintained.

Dahisar East is a fantastic place to stay. In Dahisar, everything is close by, including schools, banks, train stations, hospitals, and highways. Nearby, you will find all of the necessary amenities. It is situated between Mira Road and Borivali, allowing residents of Dahisar to get to both locations in minutes. my family is looking forward to move in.

There are some advantages. People are always willing to assist you, and i can find a gym, a school, a bus stop, a grocery store, a medical clinic, a cosmetic shop, a general store, and a variety of other shops nearby. At night, this region is also secure. A police patrol comes to check on you regularly. a decent neighbor This will be a fantastic location to call home. Because there are two rawalpadas in this region, there may be some misunderstanding. I will be happy here.

The structures are well-kept and well-organized. The shops are within walking distance. International and national schools are also close by, resulting in a well-educated community. There are several gardens and play areas for people of all ages. There are fewer crime reports, resulting in a safer atmosphere. The region has a good network connection. Cab and car services are readily available. I am looking forward to move in soon.

The society is unquestionably excellent, with all amenities conveniently located near the residents. The surrounding area is fantastic. The position is ideal for the environment. For the youngsters, there is a large playground. Even the lovely green gardens are designed to be walked through by the elderly. I am happy with the investment and my family will be happy here.
