Good things here
Public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. Markets, grocery, schools, restaurants are available nearby the society The society is properly maintained and it is also kept clean. Garbage collection is done on time. No major electricity issues are faced in the society, power backup is available. Water logging issues are not faced at all in the society. There is no drainage problems faced. Facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. The construction quality of the buildings is good, seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the flats. Cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society. Security system is good. Security guards are available, CCTV cameras are installed.

Facility management needs to be improved in the society.

Good things here
The location is convenient with nearby amenities. The architecture of the flats was impressive, providing a spacious feel.
Things need improvement
The construction quality was not up to the mark, necessitating frequent repairs and maintenance. During my stay there, amenities were available, but they were unreliable, sometimes working and sometimes breaking down, yet they were accessible.

Good things here
The society maintainance is very good, it's kept clean and hygine is maintained properly. There are nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available outside the society. The construction quality of the buildings are good, seepage and leakage issues are not faced in my appartment. The facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and copperative, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society.
Things need improvement
The road was an issue before but that has been developed now, rest no such issues are there for improvements.

Allocated parking has been provided for resident and visitors.power back up facilities are provided in the society.bachlores are allowed in the society.connectivity is good.build quality is top notch.all the amenities are very well maintained.no water logging issues during rainy seasons.

Overall my living experience in that society is top notch,as far as i was there ,society was just perfect and i have no complains regarding anything.

The metro station is nearby to the society this is a big plus to the residents of the society

This is a DDA society, so there are no amenities like gym, swimming pool etc.

The society has good connectivity. Cabs from Uber and Ola come inside the society for convenient pickups.
Things need improvement
There is a very severe water logging issue around the society, especially during monsoon season. The roads and drainage system in and around the society are just pathetic, there are lots of speed breakers on the road. Even road constructions keep happening every now and then. I am very upset about the maintenance of the society. It is a relatively new society so not much has been setup, like dustbins are also not kept yet.
