The apartment, backed by the owners of Arvind Mills, promises the same high quality. Notably, it stands out as the only builder in the locality to deliver flats ahead of schedule. Comprising A-K blocks, each nine floors high with two underground levels of car park, the complex offers an impressive array of amenities including a tennis court, swimming pool, cricket net, volleyball court, play areas, equipped gym, spa, yoga center, and clubhouse. Although the restaurant is yet to be fully operational, all rooftops are interconnected to form a walking/jogging track. Situated conveniently close to the highway yet nestled in a tranquil locality, the proposed metro station nearby is poised to enhance its value in the near future. Commuting to the airport is hassle-free thanks to the elevated highway, making Skylands an attractive option to consider.
Things need improvement
Currently, there are no significant concerns. As expected with new premises, a few teething issues have arisen, but the builder's maintenance team has been prompt in addressing them as they are reported.

Overall, the society offers great value for its price range and boasts a commendable array of amenities. The maintenance of the society is top-notch, ensuring a pleasant living environment for residents. Additionally, the upcoming metro connection to both the city and airport adds significant convenience and value to the location.
Things need improvement
Overall, I'm satisfied with my home purchase. However, the limited guest parking poses challenges for visitors, and the absence of a garden space within the society premises is noticeable. Nevertheless, there is a lawn area available which partially compensates for the lack of a dedicated garden space.

The location is indeed favorable, and the brand carries a solid reputation. However, beyond that, the experience falls short. From the hassle of khata transfer to the provision of basic amenities, there's a tendency to overcharge and exploit residents.
Things need improvement
The management of the property is incredibly poor, with the builder displaying a lack of interest once the purchase is made, particularly evident with the CRM team. Additionally, the children's park is notably undersized for a community with over 400 families, paling in comparison to the nearby BBMP park. Despite ongoing efforts to rectify the issue, the terrace continues to display defects that persist even after attempted repairs. Furthermore, the visitor parking situation is dire, barely meeting 10 percent of the demand, resulting in inconvenience for both residents and guests.

The project offers an array of amenities such as a jogging track, sky lounge, swimming pool, net cricket, and tennis court, ensuring residents have ample recreational options to enjoy.

The transportation options are lacking, with difficulty finding cabs and autos readily available. Narrow roads contribute to constant traffic congestion, while poor road maintenance exacerbates the issue. Parking space is limited, and although the apartments are spacious, the lack of proper lift facilities is notable. Additionally, the absence of a community hall detracts from communal activities.

Inside the society, there's a high quality of living with excellent facilities, including ample parking space and well-maintained gardens. Additionally, there's the convenience of a grocery shop located just outside the society for easy access.
Things need improvement
The station is quite a distance from the society. To reach it, you'll need to exit the residential area and find a rickshaw or other transportation option nearby. Fortunately, rickshaws are available and can take you directly to the station.

While the community appears luxurious from the outside, the interior construction is criticized for being poor. Rooms are congested and very small, with small halls and lift lobbies. The limited space may cause discomfort for those seeking more spacious apartments. However, if the primary reason for choosing this apartment is the sports amenities, it could still be a good decision, given its name, Sports Arena.

Reiterating from the previous paragraph, the interior construction is criticized for being too poor. While newcomers to gated communities might initially feel enriched, the limited room space can make one feel suffocated, especially for individuals who prefer more spacious apartments.

Location-wise, it's strategically positioned close to the highway in a tranquil locality. The proposed metro station nearby is anticipated to enhance its value. Notably, the route from Sky lands to the airport largely avoids traffic, thanks to an elevated highway. In conclusion, it's a commendable place to consider.

Currently, there are no significant concerns. Any teething issues typical of new premises have arisen, but the builder's maintenance team promptly addresses and rectifies them upon being raised.
