Good things here
Flats and overall buildings are very specious which is very much plus point of the society. all amenties are present in the society which are very well mannaged. security and construction is perfect. nebours are very freindly.
Things need improvement
Due to highway is very near by the society we face big connectivity issue it is very difficult to find local transport near by the society also market is also not accessible from to the society.

Good things here
The connectivity of the society is very convinient, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The society is in a very prime location. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available and it functional properly. People staying in the society are very decent and educated people stays in the society. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. All are well maintained. During rainy season, Water logging issues are not faced in the society, the society has got good drainage system. Seepage and leakage issues are not faced as such in the society.
Things need improvement
I don't find there is any issue in the society. There is no need of any improvement in the society. everything is good and well to do. I have no complaints about this society that needs to be resolved.

Good things here
I travel by personal vehicle and there are easily accessible bus stops nearby. There are two local railway stations close to me: Ram Mandir and Goregaon East Station. Online grocery shops like Blinkit and Zepto are available. Our society is very hygienic, with garbage collection done daily and all members required to segregate wet and dry waste. We have trash box with two sections for this purpose in the house. My house receives ample sunlight. There is an additional staircase for emergency or fire exits. Maintenance issues are resolved promptly. Amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are available and cleaned daily. Fire drills are also conducted in our society. People are Pet friendly, Educated and festivals are celebrated today.
Things need improvement
My society is located right on the highway, so we often encounter traffic issues. It can be particularly challenging during events at the NESCO exhibition ground, as there is no signal on the highway. This makes it difficult for us to navigate when we need to access the NESCO ground during such events, causing us inconvenience. There are no grocery shops nearby in the locality.

Good things here
There are good hospitals and chemist near by the society and everything is available online on door step in the society which is very much comfortable as a senior citizen.Quality od the construction is good as such there are no issues regarding leakage and seepage in the society.All the modern amenities are available in the society like swimming pool,club house,gym,kids play area etc and eveything is highly maintained and well eqquiped.High security has been provided each person is being verified on the entrance which ensure the safety of senior citizen and kids in the society.
Things need improvement
Power back up facilities are available for common areas only so during power cuts it is very inconvenientfor the residents.There is no special yoga room for senior citizen in the society.

Good things here
Connectivity is good like auto cabs are available easily and even though railway station is near by society .resident has allocated parking .surrounding is neat ,clean and maintainance is good.
Things need improvement
Swimmig pool is not provided,there is no allocated parking for visitors,power back up is also not provided.

Build quality is good,no lekage and seepage issues.maintainace is good,society is neat clean and hygenic.amenities are in operational condition.crowd of the people is good.

Overall society is good to live but power back up facilities like solar panel and generator has not been provided.

Good things here
The transportation and connectivity around the society is pretty good, auto, cabs are easily available around the society. There are nearby Markets, grocery, schools, mall, restaurants available around the society. Hospital is also there near the society. The maintainance services are very good in the society. Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society, there are no such issues faced regarding it. The construction quality of the buildings is very good, seepage and leakage issues are not faced in the society. If sometimes it arises it gets resolved by the management. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area are available in the society. CCTV cameras are installed in the society. Security system is good. Parking space is available. Visitor's parking space is also available.
Things need improvement
Sometimes there are water logging issues faced outside the society but that is not a major one. I'm quite comfortable in this society, I don't find any problems or issues in this society that needs improvement.

Good things here
This was one of the best societies in the area with excellent connectivity. Multiple malls and commercial offices nearby make it a great location. The society has a notable population, including celebrities, and transportation connectivity is excellent. The community is friendly, celebrating functions and festivals together. Cleanliness and hygiene are well-maintained. Metro and bus services are nearby, and the railway station is just 5 minutes away. The build quality is excellent with no leakage issues. Rooms are spacious with proper ventilation. There is 24/7 water and electricity supply. Overall, it's the best society I have ever lived in.
Things need improvement
All essential amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, children's play area, and gym were available in the society. However, the swimming pool was relatively small, and the clubhouse was also smaller compared to other facilities in the society.

Police are present to ensure your safety, and pollution is under control. The presence of numerous corporate offices and business buildings in the area is something I like because it makes travelling for work more convenient. Additionally, the area has decent connectivity to public transportation. In terms of facilities for daily living, the quality of life is generally good.

Excellent rail service Local trains are readily available every minute, there are no power outages, average roads, decent markets, ample space to park cars, and cabs and other forms of transportation are conveniently accessible. MRT connectivity is excellent, police are present to ensure your safety, and pollution is under control.
