Good things here
The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is very good. Garbage collection is done on time everyday. No such major electricity issues was faced. Security system is very good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are available. Lift is available. Balcony was available. The constructuion quality is very good, no such issues like, seepage, leakage and plaster issues were faced in the society. Garden and play area for kids is available People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together. The society atmosphere is very good. Parking space is available.
Things need improvement
Other facilities like gym, swimming pool, club house, are not available in the society. Painting is not done on time.

Good things here
Auto cabs are easily available at outside of the apartments.cleaniness is top notch,society is neat,clean and hygenic.All the resident are good in nature and all the festivals are being celebrated in the society.
Things need improvement
There are leakage and seepage issues around the apatments.public transport is far away from the society.water supply is bounded by time .there is no amenities present in the society.parking is only for those who bought earlier.maintenance charges were bit high compare to other.

Good things here
Connectivity of the apartment is really good as tranportation is also easy to access around the society whether public or local.Quality of roads outside the apartment is strong as there are no ditch and no water logging and traffic issues around the society.
Things need improvement
There are zero amenities available in the society only parking space has been provided that too for owners only and not for Tenants.

Good things here
Connectivity was really good as there were schools,hospitals,local market available near by the society.Public transport like railway station and bus stop was at walkable distance from the society.Society had good security system with security guards in place and cleaniness wise it was well maintained.
Things need improvement
There were no swimmimg pool,club house,gym,garden available in the society.build quality was also poor as leakage and seepage issues were there in the society.

There is also a dedicated car parking within the society itself. A separate play area is there. The building is strategically located near railway stations, hospitals and schools. There are ample options for public transport.

There are shops within the society making it viable for the residents to purchase groceries and other stuff. The swimming pool in the society is well-maintained and the gym is equipped with modern equipment.

I have rented an apartment in Evershine Woods, and it is equipped with 24/7 power backup. So far, we have not experienced power cuts. It is a perfect blend of style and comfort.
