There are no termite issues, and the buildings have proper ventilation with well-done plaster and fittings. Designated parking for each resident ensures that parking rules are respected and followed. Garbage collection is systematic, with regular pickups and proper segregation of wet and dry waste. We have 24/7 electricity supply, which adds to the comfort of living here. The neighborhood is incredibly friendly; we�ve been here for years and enjoy celebrating festivals together. The society is equipped with well-maintained elevators, making daily life easier. Security is top-notch with CCTV cameras and 24/7 security guards, providing peace of mind to all residents.read more

I'm grateful for the reliable electricity supply we have here, without any power cut issues. It's reassuring to know that I can rely on a consistent power supply for my daily needs. The effective security measures in place provide a sense of safety and peace of mind for me. Knowing that the community is well-secured adds to my overall feeling of comfort and security. I also appreciate that the lifts in our building are well-maintained and functional. It makes moving around the building much easier and ensures that residents, especially those on higher floors, can access their homes comfortably. The convenient proximity to a nearby market area is incredibly handy. It makes it easy for me to access essential goods and services without having to travel far, which adds to the overall convenience of living here. Autos and rickshaws are easily available nearby. There are malls, markets, schools, and grocery shops nearby. The lift and CCTV cameras work fine. The security guards do their job properly. Festivals like Diwali and Holi are celebrated. There are no issues with waterlogging or network problems.read more
There are many issues here that need attention. Near the staircase, all the doors are broken, and nobody takes care of them. There's a lot of leakage in the bathrooms, and despite repeated complaints, the maintenance team hasn't taken any action in the past 5 years. They just come, inspect, and leave without doing anything. This is a major problem here. The maintenance team is completely unhelpful. The surroundings of the society are not cleaned or maintained. The metro station is far from the society. There are no amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, or play area here. Despite this, the maintenance charge is Rs. 2800 per month for a 1 BHK, which I find too costly. Water doesn't come from the municipality; we have to rely on tanker water. The external and internal paint hasn't been done for a long time, and all the paint has faded.read more
