Although maintenance is generally satisfactory, there is room for improvement. The most significant concern is the absence of amenities such as a swimming pool and gym, which are considered essential by many residents. Additionally, interactions with the owner can be problematic due to their occasional rudeness. These issues somewhat diminish the overall living experience in what is otherwise a pleasant environment.read more

I really appreciate living in this society. The auto buses nearby make commuting a breeze. The lift and cleaning services are well-maintained, and Im glad there are no seepage issues. While the amenities are limited to just a swimming pool and park, theyre perfect for relaxation and fun. Plus, my neighbors are friendly, which makes it a welcoming place to call home. Overall, it feels like a great place to live.read more
