Good things here
Local railway station is near by the society,local transport is easiliy available.allocated parking for owners and visitors. all the modern amenities are there in the society and fully functional.Tenant no need to pay extra to use amenities,Good celebration of festivals in the society.

Power back up connection of generator and solar panel has been given in common areas only.

Good things here
Society was really good place to live in as all the festivals were celebrated on high level people over there were really good and helpful.All the modern amenities were available and eveything was highly maintained.Good security staff and all the areas were under cctv survilance.Build quality was good as there was no issues regarding seepage in the society.It was beautiful living experience in that society we really miss that place.
Things need improvement
Society was located little upward and transportation was really hard to approach.Ola and uber were used to cancel everytime so as a senior citizen that was hassling part of the society so you have to walk toward that ramp to reach local transport faciliites.Rent of the apartment had suddely increase which make me shift from the society.

Good things here
Maintenance quality was good with proper electricity and water supply. Garbage removal is done timely. There is a parking in basement. CCTVs and security guards are present. Construction quality is satisfactory. Amenities like gym swimming pool and clubhouse are available and well maintained. There is also a play ground. The neighborhood celebrates all the festivals and events.
Things need improvement
The society provided all basic facilities and amenities, no specific dislikes were found.
