The lifts operate smoothly, and essential utilities like water supply and electricity are consistently available round-the-clock, ensuring residents' comfort and convenience. Additionally, garbage collection is carried out promptly, contributing to a clean and hygienic environment. I'm particularly impressed by the absence of seepage and leakage issues in the flats, indicative of the high construction quality of the buildings. Moreover, the vibrant community spirit is evident through the celebration of festivals within the society. All necessary amenities, including a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids, are available within the society premises and are meticulously maintained for everyone's enjoyment. Things need improvement
There is a tyre factory very close to the society, for that the society is very heavily polluted at all times. The society is very good and maintained but because od the heavy pollution I would never recommend anyone to come in this society.
Pets issues and fights happens a lot between owners and residents. People are not frieendly and cooperative. read more
