Good things here
Amit colori is very good society as it is located on main road so local transport is easy to approach and even though there are schools and hospitals near by the society.cleaniness was good in the society.Security system was good in the society like security staff is very friendly and strict towards rules.Crowd of the people were high educated and mostly belongs to IT facilities.
Things need improvement
Poor material has been used for construction,During rainy season the pop was falling off from the walls and seepage issues were also there in the society.gym of the society was too small and swimming pool was not there in the society.

Good things here
The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, restaurants are available outside the society. Security system is good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are available. Parking space is available. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, parks, play area for kids are available in the society. Open space is available in the society. Parking space is available. Visitor's parking is available. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is very good. No such major electricity issues is faced. Garbage collection is done on time everyday. Elevators are maintained properly. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society.. Pet friendly society. The road quality outside the society is in good condition. Highway is nearby the society.
Things need improvement
The constructuion quality is average, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. The society is not bachelor friendly, bachelors are not allowed.

Good things here
I had my personal vehicle. Garbage collection was done daily. Flats were well-ventilated. Sunlight entered all rooms. People were okay. The lift was spacious, and CCTV cameras were installed.
Things need improvement
The maintenance charges were high, ranging from 3100 to 3500. The roads outside the society were in poor condition. Cars were parked anywhere in the parking area. Although there were amenities, they were not used much because they were not properly maintained. Initially, maintenance charges were increased from 1500 to 5000, but when objections were raised, they were reduced to 3100-3500, which is still high. The frequency of autos and buses is low. The garden is very small.

Bus stand and auto stand is near by the society.security is good in the society.kids and women safety has been priorities.buils quality is great.Allocated parking for resident and visitors.All the festivals are celebrated and friendly environment.

There are no amenities in the society only there is walking space are around the building.

People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society.. Highway is nearby the society. Parking space is available. The road quality outside the society is in good condition.

Walls in the society show visible cracks. Additionally, the community is not open to bachelors, as they are not permitted to reside.

The transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with availability of public transport options. The maintenance quality is taken care of with no water supply and logging issues. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available. CCTVs and Elevators are installed. The parking lot is provided. People are friendly and cooperative.
Things need improvement
The construction is average as there are some Seepage issues in the bathroom area.

Good things here
We travel using our own vehicle, and there is ample parking space in the society. The flats are well-ventilated, and there is a fire exit in the building. All modern amenities such as swimming pool, tennis court, and indoor games are available. The residents are friendly and celebrate all festivals together.
Things need improvement
Flats me leekage and seepage ka bohot issue hai. clinliness scoity me properly nhi hai, corridors me bohot jagaha kachara raheta hai. ducts ka pani girte raheta hai koi saaf nhi karta hai. lifts ka maintainace time to time nhi hota hai late hota hai thoda. auto and buses local transportation ki society ke pass nhi milti hai.

The construction quality of the buildings is commendable, as evidenced by the absence of problems like seepage, leakage, or plaster issues in my apartment. Amenities abound, with facilities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, park, and play area for kids available for residents' enjoyment. Furthermore, security is ensured through the installation of CCTV cameras and the availability of functional lifts. Residents are friendly and cooperative, coming together to celebrate cultural festivals and events, fostering a warm and inclusive atmosphere.

The gym is always not maintained as the equipements remains damaged and repairings are not done on time which creates a lot of problems while using the gym.

Infrastructure and environment of this place is really good. Lift works fine all the time. Maintenance of this place is nice. People are friendly and cooperative here. Connectivity is also good around here.
