Good things here

I use my personal car for travelling but generally everything is available in public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very convinient. Roads are wide enough and street lights also works fine at night. Parking space is sufficient with designated parking spots. There are Market areas, grocery store, schools, restaurants all are nearby the society. within 400 to 500 meter everything is available. The society is well maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Maintenance charges are nominal. Regularly Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Security system is good Security guards are available. CCTV cameras are installed and functions properly. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. Other Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids is available in the society, amenities are properly maintained and all are functional. All the cultural festivals and events are also celebrated together, mostly people are very friendly.read more

Things need improvement

Water quality can be improved as we receive tanker water, that can be improved in the society. There are seepage and leakage issues seen in the flats. The construction quality of the buildings is average.read more
