Good things here

I use my personal car for travelling but generally everything is available in public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very convinient. Roads are wide enough and street lights also works fine at night. Parking space is sufficient with designated parking spots. There are Market areas, grocery store, schools, restaurants all are nearby the society. within 400 to 500 meter everything is available. The society is well maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Maintenance charges are nominal. Regularly Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Security system is good Security guards are available. CCTV cameras are installed and functions properly. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. Other Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids is available in the society, amenities are properly maintained and all are functional. All the cultural festivals and events are also celebrated together, mostly people are very friendly.read more

Water quality can be improved as we receive tanker water, that can be improved in the society. There are seepage and leakage issues seen in the flats. The construction quality of the buildings is average.read more

Good things here

Parking space is available. Road quality and street lights are quite good. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. There are housekeeping staffs available for maintainance. Issues gets resolved on time. There are absolutely no issues regarding electricity and water supply. CCTV cameras are installed. Proper ventilation and proper sunlight is there. Water logging and mobile network issue does not happen. All Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. I am fortunate to have friendly and cooperative neighbours, major festivals are celebrated together. Pet related issues does not happen. Paintings are done on time.read more

Seepage and leakage issues can indeed be quite bothersome, and addressing them with regular maintenance would certainly help alleviate the problem. Implementing strict parking rules and regulations could also go a long way in reducing chaos and conflicts among residents regarding parking spaces. This would not only streamline parking but also contribute to a more organized and harmonious living environment for everyone.read more

Good things here

The society is right by the road, making it easy to reach. The buildings are well-built, and the flats are roomy. It is really kept clean by the cleaning staff and the residents staying over here. There are lots of great things like a basketball court, playground for kids, clubhouse, and round-the-clock security cameras and guards. Overall, it's a nice place to live, though there are a couple of small issues.read more

Things need improvement

The society's management isn't great. The staff here don't handle their responsibilities well and they can be unfriendly. They haven't done a good job keeping things in good shape, especially the gym and swimming pool. The fees for maintenance are too high and don't seem worth it.read more

Good things here

Everything in the society is amazing, whether it's the maintenance of lifts, CCTV, gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, or garden area. Everything is timely cleaned, and all safety and cleanliness factors are followed here. Construction of the society is also good; we haven't faced any major problems as such. People living here are quite amazing; they are helpful by nature. To be honest, I will say I like the maintenance of the society very much.read more

The only thing is that bachelors are not allowed; only families can take houses inside the society. This rule was made by the builder, and we are following it.read more

Good things here

Amit colori is very good society as it is located on main road so local transport is easy to approach and even though there are schools and hospitals near by the society. cleaniness was good in the society. Security system was good in the society like security staff is very friendly and strict towards rules. Crowd of the people were high educated and mostly belongs to IT facilities.read more

Poor material has been used for construction,During rainy season the pop was falling off from the walls and seepage issues were also there in the society. gym of the society was too small and swimming pool was not there in the society.read more
