There are convenient transportation options with auto-rickshaws and cabs readily available near the society. Additionally, having a nearby market for easy access to essential goods and services is a great advantage for residents. The absence of traffic and waterlogging issues around the society is commendable, contributing to a hassle-free living environment. With power backup available, residents don't face major electricity issues, and functional lifts add to the convenience. Moreover, the good drainage system and well-maintained amenities like the gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse enhance residents' quality of life. The community spirit is evident through the celebration of cultural festivals and events together, fostering a friendly and cohesive neighborhood.
Things need improvement
Water supply and garbage collection issues can significantly affect residents' daily lives and hygiene standards. The structural problems, like debris from upper floors dirtying balconies, are inconvenient and disruptive. Issues arising after maintenance was handed over to the society indicate a need for better management and oversight. Tenants are not allowed to use amenities and that they are insufficient compared to the size of the society. Moreover, poor construction quality leading to seepage, leakage, and plaster issues poses potential health and safety risks. Non-functional CCTV cameras and security issues further exacerbate residents' concerns about safety and security. It's essential for these issues to be addressed promptly and effectively to ensure a comfortable and secure living environment for all residents. Consider discussing these concerns with the society management or relevant authorities to find solutions and improvements.

I've seen the real flat, and the building quality is good. Excellent location. Pleased to belong to this society. Exceptional location at a reasonable cost. Although construction is still ongoing, the structure is worth viewing.

It is a housing development adjacent to Bharatmata Chawk, Tupevasti, on the way to Alandi. The construction appears in good shape. The neighbourhood is pleasant and not overly posh, with practically all amenities offered.

The area is excellent. Apart from the garden, which is too small for such a big society, the construction is also good. And the monsoon vista, as we describe it, is breathtaking.

Kedar Tree Town is a welcoming community with lovely apartments. Additionally beautiful, the building's structure offers huge parking space. The Ganesh Lawns are nearby. Additionally, it is built along the Alandi route.

Compared to the scale of the complex, the garden area is modest. Additionally, it is inappropriate for the Hinjewadi IT workforce. For those who work in Bhosari, Alandi, Markal, and Chakan, this is good.
