Good things here
Five years ago, during the COVID pandemic, I lived in a community where the surrounding people were exceptionally friendly and cooperative. They provided great support and celebrated various festivals together. Connectivity-wise, essential facilities such as shopping malls, schools, hospitals, theaters, and restaurants were all within a 4-kilometer radius. Street lights were functional, ensuring safety at night, and ample parking space was available. The amenities, including a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and kids' play area, were well-maintained. Maintenance was thorough, with daily cleaning and regular door-to-door garbage collection. The lift operated smoothly, and there was uninterrupted water and power supply 24/7. Construction quality was excellent, as I never encountered any issues with cracks, and proper ventilation ensured a comfortable living environment overall.
Things need improvement
The road quality outside the community is poor, characterized by potholes and uneven surfaces, which may pose challenges for commuting and vehicle maintenance in the area.

Good things here
In this society, festivals like Ganesh Chaturthi, Dasara, Holi, and Diwali, as well as celebrations like Independence Day and Republic Day, are well-organized by the committee members. They conduct programs suitable for all age groups during holidays, which is excellent. The connectivity of the society is also commendable; vegetable and fruit markets are within walking distance, along with easy access to supermarkets, bus stops, and schools within a 1 to 2km radius. The construction quality of the society is excellent; we have not encountered any complaints regarding seepage, and the house structures are well-designed. Maintenance is also well-handled, with the association responding promptly. The society's amenities, including the gym, swimming pool, and children's play area, are of high quality.
Things need improvement
I moved out of that society about three years ago, and during my time there, there was a ventilation issue on the ground floor, particularly in the parking area, which was totally dark. Additionally, there was no metro access to this area.

In this society, there are a few preschools and international schools easily accessible within a 1 km radius. The overall connectivity of the society is excellent, with 2 to 3 bus stops located within a 2 km radius. Additionally, there is a government college and government sector offices nearby, within a 3 km radius. Residents' regular needs, such as grocery shops and fruit shops, are readily available. The society offers good amenities, including a swimming pool, gym, and children's play area, all of which are well-maintained. Maintenance facilities are top-notch, with daily garbage collection, cleaning services, and robust security measures in place. The committee is proactive and takes care of all surroundings diligently. Elevators are also well-maintained, undergoing monthly inspections.
Things need improvement
The society lacks major amenities such as a basketball court, badminton court, or park. Additionally, there are some minor issues with construction quality due to the age of the buildings.

The society association effectively addresses and resolves issues promptly. Festivals and events are celebrated within the community, with prasadam distributed to all the flats during devotional activities. Convenient connectivity is facilitated by nearby schools and grocery stores. The construction quality is excellent, with no seepage issues and prompt rectification of any minor errors.
Things need improvement
The only problem with this society is the restrictions on water usage. Management suggests installing water meters to address this issue.

The residents of the society are friendly and supportive, celebrating various festivals together such as Diwali, Ugadi, Holi, and Dussehra. The association promptly addresses residents' concerns regarding water and electrical issues. Within a 1 km radius, residents have easy access to shopping malls, theaters, and hotels. The availability of 24/7 water and power, along with good ventilation due to balconies and windows, enhances the living experience. Amenities like the swimming pool, gym, children's play area, and mini function hall are well-maintained.
Things need improvement
Traffic congestion is occasionally experienced on the main road adjacent to the society, causing inconvenience during peak hours. This can lead to delays in commuting for residents and visitors alike, impacting the accessibility of the area.

Cabs and autos are easily available in the society. The water facility is good in the society. Power backup is also reliable in the society. The parking area is very spacious. Amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are well-maintained in the society. Ventilation in the flats is very good. Garbage collection is conducted daily and is also good in the society. People are very friendly and cooperative in the society. Every festival is celebrated like a family. The walking area is very spacious and clean in the society.
Things need improvement
The construction quality in the society is not good; there are some seepage issues in bathrooms and leakages in walls in bedrooms, which is inconvenient. Additionally, the roads in the society are also not good and should be improved.

The public transportation, like a bus stand, is located within 200 meters from the society, which is convenient. Cabs and autos are available in the society. The maintenance of the gym is well-equipped in the society. The walking areas are very spacious in the society. The play area is well-equipped and suitable for kids. Maintenance charges are very reasonable in the society. Every festival is celebrated in the society like a family, including Vinayaka Chavithi, Diwali, Holi, January 26, August 15, etc. The water facility is good in the society, and ventilation is also good. Garbage collection is good in the society, and the swimming pool is also well-maintained.
Things need improvement
Street dogs entering the society is a concern that needs to be addressed. Cleaning practices in the society are not adequate and should be improved. Pollution levels in the society are also not satisfactory and require attention.

The maintenance of the lift is very poor; it frequently requires repairs in the society. The painting quality is not satisfactory, and the construction quality is also lacking, evidenced by leakages in pipes and overall building quality. Maintenance charges are expensive, around 6000 rupees. The play area is very small, and the walking area needs improvement.
