Good things here
We have a large play area where surrounding children and my own enjoy playing games. Within a 500-meter radius, there are bus stops, supermarkets, grocery stores, tiffin centers, and excellent road quality with street lights. Ample parking space is available, and amenities such as a badminton court, swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, children's play area, walking track, and community hall are accessible. Maintenance is excellent with regular garbage collection and cleaning. We benefit from good water and power supply, and functional lifts. The neighborhood is characterized by friendly and cooperative residents, and the construction ensures well-ventilated floors
Things need improvement
There are ongoing water issues within the society, affecting daily life and necessitating efforts to improve water supply and management for residents' convenience.

Good things here
Connectivity is excellent, making it easy to travel with access to autos, cabs, the metro, the railway station, and the airport. Maintenance is handled well, with clean surroundings and timely garbage collection. The construction quality is solid with no major issues like leaks or cracks. The amenities, including the swimming pool, gym, and children's play area, are very nice. The neighbourhood is friendly and welcoming people. CCTV and security are reliable, ensuring safety. Parking and guest parking are convenient, and there are no stray dogs.
Things need improvement
There is an issue with the security team here. The security changes regularly, which causes confusion. Sometimes one security guard turns the water motor on, and another forgets to turn it off, leading to a lot of water wastage.

Good things here
Auto rickshaws, buses, and the metro are nearby, so you don't have to go far. Additionally, malls, clinics, hospitals, and schools are also close by. The cleanliness is well-maintained and it doesn't get too dirty. The neighbors are also good and helpful when needed.
Things need improvement
There is no stationary store nearby, which makes it difficult for residents to purchase essential supplies quickly. This inconvenience forces people to travel further to fulfill their stationary needs. As a result, even simple tasks like buying paper or pens become time-consuming.

A small society with basic amenities. People are humble and cooperative. The apartment is located in less noisy area of the city. Not fancy

Balconies are not there. People park their vehicles whereever they find space. Connectity is a challenge

Located close to the Turahalli Forest area. It gives a feel of closeness with nature. The locality is spacious with still open areas. It is connected via 80 feet wise road

It fulfills the ambitions of today's city inhabitants. There is a Gymnasium and a Table Tennis Court on the site. Badminton is a sport that is played on a court. my kids are happy here.
