We have a large play area where surrounding children and my own enjoy playing games. Within a 500-meter radius, there are bus stops, supermarkets, grocery stores, tiffin centers, and excellent road quality with street lights. Ample parking space is available, and amenities such as a badminton court, swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, children's play area, walking track, and community hall are accessible. Maintenance is excellent with regular garbage collection and cleaning. We benefit from good water and power supply, and functional lifts. Connectivity is excellent, making it easy to travel with access to autos, cabs, the metro, the railway station, and the airport. Maintenance is handled well, with clean surroundings and timely garbage collection. The construction quality is solid with no major issues like leaks or cracks. The amenities, including the swimming pool, gym, and children's play area, are very nice. The neighbourhood is friendly and welcoming people. CCTV and security are reliable, ensuring safety. Parking and guest parking are convenient, and there are no stray dogs.read more
