If you booked an Ola or Uber, it would arrive quickly. Garbage collection was done daily. All modern amenities were present. The flats were quite well-ventilated, and there was plenty of sunlight. People were good in the society, and pets were allowed. Our landlords were quite cooperative.
Autos and buses were not available near the society. It was necessary to go far for malls and restaurants. There were 1-2 restaurants, but they were not very large or good. The water in the swimming pool was often dirty, and the quality of drinking water was poor. There were power cuts on Thursdays, and backup was only available for common areas. There were no charges for the gym, which is why it was not well-maintained. There was an issue with parking, as there was no separate parking for visitors. There was some moisture in the walls, and many pigeons would come to the balconies of the flats and make them dirty. The kitchen and hall were connected, so if someone came into the house, they could see directly into the kitchen from the hall, which I didn't find appealing.

There are no water logging and traffic issues around the society.Society has high security to the reseident,kids and senior citizen.Earlier there was parking issues in the society but now it has been resolves now .All the festivals are celebrated in the society overall good socialism.
Maintenance of the apartments is below average regarding gym specially .build quality is just average like minor seepage issues are there in the society.

Local market.auto stand,bus stand is near by the apartment.Society is highly mainteined by the managing commitee like all the amenities and elevators are time to time maintaned and updated.High security system to there resident .
Power back up connection has been allocated to common areas only.visitors parking has been allocated and there is issue regarding parking like it is very compact so builder has promised to relocate the parking space.

Connectivity is good as there is d-mart,dominos and othere restaurants near by the society even local transport is easily available in the society.There are 3 swimming pool,kids pool,club house,gym,football court and tenis court and even sketing space is there and very well maintained and well eqquipted in the society.Build quality is great no any kind of construction defect in the society.Allocated parking for owners only.All the festivals are celebrated in the society.
Power back up facilities are allocated to common areas only in the society.There is no allocated space for visitors parking in the society.

Basically i belong to some different state but in that society my experience was great and never feeled out of the box,like people were so good and friendly.All the festivals are being celebrated in the society.All the modern amenities are present in the society in fully operational manner.High security system and good maintenance.Schools,hospitals are at walkable distance.
Quality of walls fitting is poor like pop was poping out from the walls and sometime minor leakage and seepage issues are there in the society.

Railway station and bus stop is far away from the society,sometimes there are issues regarding sepage in the apartments.Power back up facilities are for common areas only.Cleaniness is not that great in the society like regular cleaning is not done in the society.

Overall my experience in that society was really great regarding everything .Auto,cabs were easily available near by the society,There was no traffic and water logging issues around the apartment.All the modern amenities were there in the society and eveything was fully functional in the society.High security system in the society,Each persone being verified on the entrance.Crowd of the people is great ,they were friendly and helpful.Society was calm and so peaceful.BMC water supply is there in the society.Build quality was top notch,no issues regarding quality of the construction.

Auto cabs are readily available around the society, and public transport is easily accessible. The quality of roads outside the society is excellent, with no issues regarding waterlogging during the rainy season. There is proper and sufficient water supply available 24 hours a day in the society. The residents are cooperative and friendly, and all festivals are celebrated in the society. 24-hour electricity supply is also available. Cleanliness is well-maintained, and garbage collection is done on a timely basis.
The build quality is somewhat average, with leakage issues in the society, particularly in the bathroom and kitchen areas, which can be very inconvenient at times. The swimming pool is not well maintained and functional except during summers, and the clubhouse is not well-equipped to use its facilities in the society.

Connectivity of the apartment is great like auto,cabs are easily available.Society is has good maintenance facilities,high security system and top notch cleaniness in the society.proper garbage disposible syetm has been adopted in the society.All the modern amenities are present in the society .
There are major parking issues in the society like most of the resident dont have allocated parking space.power back up connection has been given to common area only.

The transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with availability of cabs and autos. There are no water supply or logging issues. The construction quality is also fine with good plaster and fitting quality. Amenities like gym, play area, swimming pool and clubhouse are available. The people are cooperative in nature
The gym is provided but not functional. The play area is very small in area.
