Good things here
There is no traffic issue around the society; autos, Ola, and Uber are readily available. Malls and restaurants are within walking distance. Garbage collection is done properly. A new committee has been formed, and they resolve all issues promptly. Good sunlight comes in, and the flats are properly ventilated. People are decent, and the society is pet-friendly. Maintenance charges are a bit high, but it's not a problem. All modern amenities are present and well-maintained. There is visitor parking.
Things need improvement
Due to the construction work, there is pollution. Residents in the society throw garbage here and there.

Good things here
The maintenance was excellent, with no issues such as seepage. The society had a school, hospital, and market available, making it one of the best societies. I didn't face any issues there, and the locality was also very nice. Borivali National Park and jungle campaigns were right in front, and there were no power cuts. The water supply was proper, and cleanliness and maintenance were top-notch. convert in detail

Ekta Meadows is one of the best societies in Mumbai, where there are no issues, and everything is well-maintained.

Build quality of the apartment is just top notch and way better than other societies.All the festivals and culturals events takes place in the society.

Local railway station is not at walkable distance.maintenance system of the apartment is just average and can be improve.parking is only for those who has purchase it in the begining.

Good things here
The connectivity of the society is very convinient, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Roads are perfect outside the society Metro station is available nearby the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The maintainance of the society is very good, hygine is also maintained. CCTV cameras are installed and it works properly all over the society. Lifts work properly. The construction quality of the buildings is good, seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the flats. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Water supply and electricity are available for 24*7 in the society. Security system is very good in the society. Security guards are available in the society.

The society has got everything required for proper living. There are no improvements required in the society.

Good things here
Garbage collection happens on a daily basis. Lift maintenance is also done on time. Ventilation is properly provided. Electricians and plumbers are readily available. People are very helpful.

We face a lot of difficulty in commuting to the office and getting around because there's no nearby metro or railway station. The surrounding area could be further developed for better accessibility.

With numerous cultures interacting throughout various festivals, the society is vast. The regulations against trespassing are fairly rigorous, and it is an excellent guarded community. My Gate is an app developed for the society.

This project is located 5 minutes from Borivali National Park and 2 minutes from Western Express Highway. Nearby amenities include a theatre, retail centre, hospital, and gym. A green space in the centre of Kandivali.
