The 24/7 security and water service is great. Also there are enough parking spaces. The price is quite high, but is worth for such amenities and grand project delivered. I can travel easily using my car. I am really happy with the project which I have invested for the long-term purpose.

The price is really high, but the paper work is incomplete. Also most of the amenities are not yet open for residents. During the monsoon season, there is a leakage in the kitchen area and i had to rework on the ceiling.
