Good things here

Maintenance of the society is good; water facility is available 24 hours, and power backup is also provided in case of power cuts. Garbage collection is efficient and occurs every day. Maintenance charges are very reasonable. People are very friendly and educated. Cabs are available if booked within the society. Facilities such as supermarkets and markets are available on the main roads. Security is excellent, even during the night.

Autos are not available at all times, and public transportation is quite far from the society, approximately 2 kilometers away. Cleaning should be improved outside of the society.

Cabs are easily available in the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are well-maintained in the society. I vacated the society 5 years ago. Water facility is good in the society, available 24 hours. Power backup is also available in the society. People are very friendly and cooperative in the society. We celebrate every festival in the society.

Garbage collection is not done regularly in the society; it occurs only once every three days, resulting in unpleasant odors. The roads in the society are also not clean. Maintenance charges are also expensive in the society.

I vacated the society ten years ago. Cabs are available if we book Ola and Uber, while autos are also accessible on the main road of the society. The locality of the society is excellent. Facilities like supermarkets and markets are within 800 meters from the society. Maintenance charges are very reasonable. There is plenty of space for walking. It's a relatively new building from when I lived there.
