Good things here

I usually use my personal vehicle for traveling, but public transportation options like auto-rickshaws, buses, rickshaws, and cabs are easily accessible outside the society, making connectivity very good. There is ample parking space available. Nearby markets, grocery stores, schools, malls, salons, and restaurants are easily accessible around the society. Hospitals are also nearby, and the metro station is just 5 minutes away from the society. Garbage collection is done on time, with multicolored bins used for disposal. The society is always kept clean, and hygiene is properly maintained. All cultural events and festivals are celebrated in the society, fostering a sense of community among residents who are generally friendly. Paintings are done on time, and the society is pet-friendly, with owners ensuring the hygiene of the premises.read more

The construction quality in the society is subpar, with issues like seepage, leakage, plaster problems, and common wall cracks. Unfortunately, amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, park, and play area for kids are not available in the society. Additionally, the plots are very small, and buildings are constructed on them.read more
