Good things here
Society is connected to highway so the connectivity is just top notch,Auto,cabs are available near by the society.Local railway station is bus stand is near by the society.There are amenities like swimming pool,club house,gym,kids play area and fully functional.High security system in the society,Cleaniness is top notch ,regular cleaning is done.There is fixed plumber and electrician in the society.Each flat has one parking area and visitors parking is also there in the society.All the festivals are celebrated in the society.
Things need improvement
Construction is not that great like some of the units are facing the issues regarding seepage in the society.Power back up connection has been allocated to common area only.

Good things here
Society's locality is really great like auto,cabs are easily available near by the society even though bus stop is there near by the apartment.High security system in the society and all the areas are under cctv survilance,proper garbage disposible system has been adopted in the society.All the modern amenities are there in the society and everything is fully functional in the society.
Things need improvement
Local railway station is not at walkable distance from the society.There were seepage issues in the aparments,so the quality of construction is poor.

Good things here
Auot,cabs are easily available near by the society.build quality is excellent as there are no leakage and seepage issues,rooms are spacious and well designed.Builder has delivered All the modern amenities in the society and everything is well maintained and functional.Allocated parking is available for owners and visitors.High security system and cctv is available for all the areas.Crowd of the people is really good and all the festivals are celebrated in the society.
Things need improvement
Metro line is under construction and railway station is 2km away from the society but bus service are available.This is family residency and bacholers are not allowed in society.

Good things here
Allocated parking is given to there residence .very well behaved and residence and even the staff and security system is good .society is very neat clean and hygenic.all the amenities are fuctional .
Things need improvement
Network issues are there in the apartment,society has assigned the monopoly to one of the vendor due to that no other networks are working inside the apartment. frequent power cuts were there.all the apartments were facing leakage issues.

Power back up facilities were provided,allocated visitors and resident parking.high security system,great build quality.local transport facilities available quickly.Maintenance was top notch.
Things need improvement
Sometimes there were traffic jam issues outside the society road as western highway was near by.THere were no amenities in the society ,only play gorund was there.

3 layer security has been provided to there resident.metro station is near by the society and local transport facilities available quickly .24/7 water and electricity supply.society is just beside western express highway which is the best part.club house,kids park,gym,open area,garden like every amenities has been provided.every indian festival has been celebrated in the society.
Things need improvement
Tenant has to pay 1500 extra to use gym in the society. Construction of the society is of 2010,so leakage seepage issues has been started in the society.local railway station is little far away from the society.

Good things here
Connectivity is good,cabs auto available near by ,24/7 water supply and electricity facilities has been given even tough power back up is there and no extra cost has been taken . visitors parking and residence parking has been assigned ,maintainance is top notch ,club house ,2 swimming pool ,kids play area has been provided.
Things need improvement
Apartments kids play area can be enhanced as size of the kids play area is bit small.

Society has good connectivity like there are schools and hospitals near by the society even though local transport is also easily available in the society.All the modern amenities are there in the society like swimmig pool,gym,club house,turf in the society.Security is good like all the areas are under cctv survilance in the society.
Things need improvement
Railway station is far away from the society.Earlier there was seepage issues but its been resolved in the society.There are issues regarding water supply and bmc water connection has been not provided in the society.Parking has to be purchase in the society.

Good things here
I use personal vehicle to travel everyday, All 3 types of parkings are available and only few visitors parking are available in the society. People are pet friendly but senior citizens are sometimes scared and they ask everyone to keep their dogs on leach but no one is againts the pets. People are educated and friendly, There is a refuge area in case of any emergency. Amenities like swimming pool, Clubhouse and other sports facility are available and well maintained in the society. I hope the way society is maintained now it should continue in the same way.
Things need improvement
We face traffic issues because of Dahisar Check naka. In summer season there are water cut downs in the society for 5-6 hours. There is nothing i want to improved in the society premises.

Good things here
Sometimes i travel by my personal vehicle and sometimes by public transport and it is convienet to travel everyday. Society also provides additional staircase for emergency or fire exit and refuge area in each buidling. All 3 types of parkings are available and only few visitors parking are available in the society. People are friendly and supportive towards each other and people are pet lovers in the neighborhood. Amenities include swimming pool, Clubhouse and other sports facility are available and well maintained in the society
Things need improvement
Metro stations have not yet started in this location. Traffic gets bad near Dahisar Check naka. Also, in summers, our society faces water cuts for 5-6 hours.
