The peaceful vibe of Malad West and having convenient shops nearby is a big plus. But, I'm not a fan of the high maintenance fees for parking without designated spots. It causes congestion with cars parked all over the place randomly.

I haven't encountered any issues like seepage, leakage, or plaster problems since moving in. It's comforting to know that I live in a well-built and maintained environment. One of the best aspects of living here is the sense of community. People are friendly, cooperative, and always willing to lend a helping hand. It makes living here feel like being part of a big, supportive family. Lastly, the facilities available within the society, such as the gym, swimming pool, club house, parks, and play areas for kids, add so much value to our daily lives. It's a pleasant area to live because of the warm and friendly neighborhood. Ideal for recreational activities, the society features a park, clubs, and a gym. In addition to a children's play area, the small but well-kept garden stands out. Good upkeep is provided by the frequently cleaned water tanks, spotless elevators, and timely waste collection. Because the buildings get lots of natural light and good ventilation, the apartments feel spacious and light.
Numerous holes in the road impede smooth driving and lead to frequent bumps, indicating low quality. Some people may not be able to afford the somewhat costly upkeep fees. Although the buildings appear to be in good shape, with no leaks, seepage, or cracks, there may be irregularities in the water supply, which can be inconvenient. For people who own cars, the small garden and lack of a designated parking area are a big disadvantage. In addition, the lack of parking spaces compels locals to park on the streets, which can be problematic and dangerous.

Festivals like Holi and Diwali are celebrated very well here, and everyone enjoys them a lot. The amenities available include a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, play area, and garden�all modern facilities. Cleaning and hygiene are well-maintained. Maintenance of the lift, CCTV, and security guards is also very good. Nearby, there is the Infinite Mall, a market, and grocery stores. Autos and rickshaws are easy to find, and the metro station is close to the society. The ventilation is good, and there are no issues with seepage.
However, there is a problem with guest parking as space is very limited. Additionally, the roads outside the society are in poor condition and become waterlogged during the rainy season.

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. The constructuion quality is good in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society.
The society is not always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly not maintained. Security system could have been better. The maintainance charges are very high according to the services provided.
