Good things here

The peaceful vibe of Malad West and having convenient shops nearby is a big plus. But, I'm not a fan of the high maintenance fees for parking without designated spots. It causes congestion with cars parked all over the place randomly.read more

The difficulty in reaching Malad station due to traffic jams on New Link Road, which affects connectivity to other parts of the cityread more
