The society is securely gated with diligent guards ensuring safety. Residents are satisfied with the available facilities, including a well-equipped club. Overall, everything is deemed excellent by the residents.
Both residents and guests face parking issues due to limited space availability. The lack of metro connectivity and persistent seepage problems further detract from the overall experience in the society.

This society near Sohna Road stands out as one of the best, boasting well-maintained lawns and a club. The Residents Welfare Association (RWA) is commendably stringent about COVID precautions, resulting in the lowest case count among all Gurgaon societies. The maintenance staff is exceptionally helpful and responsive to residents' needs. Having been an owner for the past four years and renting out my premises, I can attest that the Tulip community feels like one big family. Any queries or needs can easily be addressed through the WhatsApp group, with prompt support from fellow residents. Compared to societies in Chandigarh, Mumbai, and Coimbatore where I've lived before, the level of support here is unparalleled. I'm content with this investment and view it as a long-term endeavor rather than focusing on short-term gains.
It's challenging to identify negatives in this society as there aren't any significant drawbacks that directly impact residents. However, if I had to mention some concerns, they would be related to the builder. Firstly, there was an instance where the builder charged an extra Rs 1.5 lakhs from residents but refused to return the amount when government regulations ruled against them. Many residents are still waiting for this refund. Secondly, the construction of the project was delayed, taking almost six years to complete. While some fortunate buyers, like us, received possession within three years, not every owner had the same experience. It would have been preferable if the builder had shown more urgency in completing the project and handing over possession to all owners in a timely manner.

The locality is pleasant with positive vibes, considered one of the best in the area. Residents are friendly, and there's ample parking available.
The construction around the area is ongoing, resulting in incomplete facilities and amenities. Connectivity is poor, and there are issues with deliveries, with approximately half not being fulfilled.

The society features a spacious parking area along with a large playground equipped with various rides for kids. Additionally, residents can enjoy leisurely walks in the beautiful surroundings. The society also offers swimming facilities and provides a secure environment for its residents.
The staff members should work on being more polite, and the accessibility of the society's road needs improvement to ensure that new guests can reach their destination more easily.

The location is excellent, offering amenities like badminton courts and well-maintained parks. Residents enjoy festival get-togethers and find the area easily accessible. Nearby malls and grocery shops add to the convenience of the location.
There's a government revenue road passing through the middle of the society, dividing it into two sections (A11 and B21 onwards tower in the back society). Currently, the builder has blocked this road, but there's a high likelihood that the government will reclaim control over it in the future. Despite attempts over the last 15 years, the builder has been unsuccessful in permanently securing ownership of this road from the government.

It’s location , maintenance and area which is situated near Shona road and one more big point it is society have office space nearby , malls and schools . It is best society to live it on.
The density of towers in the society looks like big society bcuz 23 towers are in there . Construction quality can be better.

The connectivity to the society was pretty good as the public transport was easily avaliable outside the society. And schools , hospitals and market was at a walking distance of 1 to 2 km, all the amneties are avaliable in the society like swiming pool,gym. club house etc, and the people in the society are very good and very friendly
The construction quality is not so good as the walls are getting sandy, and the connectivity was a bit of hassel coz metro station was not there that time

It's a very large complex with numerous wings, providing a good play area for kids. The overall space is spacious and well-built.
The area is not well-connected for public transport and is surrounded by a poor locality with slums.

It's a beautiful gated society with excellent connectivity, featuring 23 towers situated in a lush green area. The Club House offers a fully equipped gym, multiple swimming pools, and indoor-outdoor play areas. Various sports facilities, including four badminton courts, a tennis court, and a table tennis room, are available. The society hosts frequent activities in the Central Park, creating a lively community atmosphere.
Limited visitor parking can be inconvenient for guests, and currently, there is no metro connectivity in the area.

There have been significant positive changes in the last year since the new RWA took charge. The society is now well-managed, undergoing paint and repair work, transforming its appearance into a premium look. It seems like a promising investment with exciting returns to the current scenario.

The quality of construction is excellent. Sunlight fills the flat throughout the day, reducing the need for artificial lighting. Cross ventilation is efficient in all apartments. The location is within walking distance from NH8, and there is ample basement and visitor parking. The surroundings are peaceful, resembling a resort. Higher floors offer breathtaking views of the Travail mountains. The room sizes are good, maximizing carpet area with minimal loading factor. The club is spacious, and it boasts the largest swimming pool in the new Gurgaon region.
The road from NH8 to the society gates is not well-developed. The retail shops in the society are not operational yet. Since the project handover was just a year ago, there is still some ongoing labor movement within the society.

Unite ch Escape in Sector 50 is situated on the main Golf Course Extension Road, opposite At Xavier School. It offers easy connectivity to Son Road and Good Earth Mall.
There is a slight seepage issue in all flats, but it should be resolved with a whitewash. It's a minor seepage problem in each flat.

It's a great and peaceful society located right on Southern Peripheral Road (SPR). The connectivity to offices on Son Road is excellent, with the expectation of a metro in the next 5 years. Flyover work and underpass projects, similar to Golf Course Road, have already commenced.
The society faces challenges with limited visitor parking, and there is room for improvement in the maintenance of the approach road. Additionally, the absence of a clubhouse is noted.

Tulip Violet is an excellent society overall. All Tulip Lemon Violet constructions are consistent. Maintenance is commendable, and all amenities are conveniently located within a 1 km radius. The proximity to Space Corporate Park and a mall provides ample options for residents. In summary, Tulip Violet is a fantastic choice.
One drawback is the expensive charges, and another is the lack of nearby metro connectivity, requiring a commute of around 8 to 9 km to reach the nearest station. However, despite these challenges, it remains a good choice overall.

This could potentially lead to noise disturbances from neighbors. While cleanliness is well-maintained in some towers, it's not consistent across all of them. Additionally, there are issues with residents throwing trash onto balconies of lower floors and complaints about AC water spitting onto lower floors. Despite these challenges, overall, the society is well-maintained.

Tulip Violet stands out as one of the finest societies in Gurgaon, thanks to its meticulous maintenance and organization. Its clubhouse area is particularly noteworthy, offering a range of amenities including a gym, library, and more. Residents also benefit from the convenience of having a grocery store within the society premises.
The only drawback I find is the distance of the metro station from the society. It typically takes me around 30 minutes to reach the nearest metro station, which can be a bit inconvenient at times.

The best thing about the society is that the people living in the society, they are very cooporative and freindly, the secruity condition is also up to the mark like the society has cctv and all.
The residents of the society face transportation issue as metro is very far, there is problem of leackage and all, the amintenace and and construction quality is ok ok and not very good in this society.

The quality of the materials is also poor. This premium project is not investment-worthy and I would like to suggest everyone check other projects.
