Tulip violet has satisfied me overall. I like safety in the area. Amenities are good for this project such as Bus Shelter, Swimming Pool, Golf Course, Gazebo, Cafeteria, Fountain, Video Door Security, Multipurpose Court, and Earthquake Resistantand more. The project offers an Apartment with the perfect combination of contemporary architecture and features to provide a comfortable living. However, construction noise is sometimes annoying. What I don't like is the high cost of maintenance and problems with the city water supply. Construction quality problems also remain on several floors. If heavy rainfall then water can also accumulate in few areas. I hope maintenance solves these issues.

Far from noise and pollution, you will find this project is very good. I like the experience here. Extraordinary planning and arranging is only the start of a superior life at Tulip violet. CCTV supervision and smart cards and 24-7 services and also get a quick response for maintenance and all requests. There are and school is there if you have children and even Wi-Fi is available. Everything you want is on the project. The quality of construction is also good with a peaceful area and safe as a whole. The only problem is sometimes waterlogging. WFH is good with a decent cellular signal.

Tulip violet has several problems such as high maintenance cost, pollution, waterlogging quality of constructions. They must improve and solve these issues. As it is located at the heart of the city, it has the plus point and we are fascinated by staying here. These sophisticated apartments are built with the highest specification and each possesses its unique character that emanates harmony, peaceful living, and privacy. The environment has many schools, pharmacies, grocery stores, and hospitals. People will enjoy the amenities here for sure. Tulip Violet offers facilities such as Gymnasium and Lift. It also has amenities like a Golf course, a Jogging Track, and Swimming pool, and Garbage disposal.

Tulip violet is a good project for staying. Overall, a peaceful locality with lots of greenery and open space. You want to work from home on projects with beautiful views and cellular towers are also good. The area is safe at night even for women and children. But in the monsoon, some water moves inside even though there are not many main problems. Tulip violet offers 3BHK and 4BHK The size of the Apartment ranges between 146.6 Sq. mt and 293.2 Sq. mt. It has a total of 28 towers and the construction is of 14 floors. An accommodation of 1380 units has been provided.

I have stayed at this project and overall it was a good experience but I have to say that they charge very high maintenance costs in this society. That is also when maintenance services need a lot of improvement. Also, the monsoon means some waterlogging even though the security arrangements are good for the environment. Construction quality complaints are in some flats that I hope the developer will solve this issue. Otherwise, the cellular tower is good but the construction noise sometimes disrupts my children's online class and my online meeting. Even though I hope this is temporary. But the list of facilities is very good
