The society is a bit old and the construction quality is not that good. It has all basic amenities and the homes are spacious and well lit. The maintenance charges are high. The condition of access road is poor and the availability of public transport is an issue, especially during the night. However, cabs can be availed 24x7. In all it is a safe area to live in.

It is having spacious and ventilated apartments. It also has a lot of greenery and lots of space for car parking, a swimming pool, gym and many more facilities are available.
