The security system in this society is outstanding, with CCTV cameras and security guards in every block. Amenities such as a gym, jogging track, children's play area, and function hall are available. The residents are friendly and celebrate festivals like Diwali, Holi, and Ganesh Chaturthi. Both inside and outside the society are hygienic with minimal pollution and traffic, making it an ideal place to live.
Improvement is needed regarding street dog issues in this society. Measures should be taken to address and manage the presence of stray dogs, ensuring safety and comfort for residents.

The society's location on the main road provides easy access to buses, malls, hospitals, and schools for residents. Maintenance is outstanding, with 24-hour water supply, no power cuts, and amenities such as a gym, kids' area, and function hall available.
Ongoing construction is causing pollution and dust in this society. Steps should be taken to mitigate these issues and minimize the impact on residents' health and well-being.

Society's connectivity is excellent because it is located on the main road. All school buses come here, and essential amenities such as Medplus, Vijetha grocery store, ICCI BANK, SBI BANK, and TELANGANA GRAMEENA BANK are situated just outside the community. Additionally, there are several multi-specialty hospitals within a 1km radius. Maintenance systems are top-notch, with regular Manjeera water supply, and residents have never faced issues related to water or electricity. The construction quality is commendable, as all flats are designed with good ventilation. Recently, solar panels have been installed, and solar energy is utilized for common areas and lifts. The society has a total of four lifts, three of which are for passengers and one for goods. Security measures are robust, with a total of four guards ensuring safety.
The only thing is that the painting was done a long time ago, so it looks a bit old. we all ave informed the mangemnet about it, but still no update.

Sometimes the children within the society were disturbing the peace with their noisy behavior.

Keeping both the inside of the community and the surrounding areas clean is a positive aspect of this society.
Overall facilities and all the things are good, it is just the maintenance and issue resolution that can be improved.

This neighborhood has a nice location with a great gym, and we also celebrate festivals like New Year and Hindu festivals, making it a happy and lively community.
The society lacks desirable amenities, as both the clubhouse and pool are currently unavailable, and the play area is notably small.

This semi-gated community features excellent connectivity, with schools, supermarkets, and medical stores all within a 100-meter radius, making them easily accessible. Amenities such as the gym, clubhouse, play area, and parking facilities are well-maintained. Additionally, maintenance services, including water supply and resolving resident issues, are promptly addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
There are some minor seepage issues due to the building construction being 7 years old. Additionally, there is no swimming pool within the community.

This is a well-connected society because, within a 1km radius, there are many schools, a few hospitals, supermarkets, temples, and a few hotels that are easily accessible to everyone. Additionally, the MIYAPUR metro station is around 2km away from the community. Amenities such as a clubhouse, gym, play areas, a good walking path, and open space are available and well-maintained. The construction quality is also good, as the flats are spacious, well-built, and have no leakage issues. Maintenance facilities are excellent, with regular cleaning and no problems related to the water supply.
There is no swimming pool inside the community, which is not good for residents who enjoy swimming

This is a mid-range society, having excellent connectivity with all necessary facilities such as schools and supermarkets within a 1 km radius. The metro station is around 1.2km distance from the society. Recently, solar panels have been installed with a loan facility, eliminating the monthly electricity bill. The maintenance of the society is impeccable, with 24/7 water supply and satisfactory cleaning services. Maintenance charges are reasonable compared to other societies in the area. There are no leakage problems on the first floor, and ventilation is good. The society has partnered with MyGate, with all services accessible through the MyGate app. Excellent amenities are available within the society, including a community hall, gym, walking track, and outdoor play areas, all well-maintained.
There is no swimming pool within the society, and there are some minor leakage issues in certain flats. As a result, some residents are complaining about these problems.
