Good things here
The water facility is excellent, operating smoothly 24/7 in the society. People are very friendly and respectful in the society. Connectivity options like cabs and autos are available if we book through Ola and Uber. The parking area is very spacious. Power backup is available in the society. Garbage collection is very good, with separate collection of wet and dry waste at specific times. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Ventilation in the flats is very good, and the greenery in the society is excellent. Cleaning, both inside and outside of the society, is very good. read more

The construction quality is not good, with issues such as seepage in bathrooms and many cracks in walls, which is very inconvenient. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are not available in the society. Public transportation like buses is available but quite far from the society, approximately 1 1/2 kilometers away, which is very inconvenient. Additionally, the metro is also far from the society, approximately 3 kilometers away. These factors should be considered for the convenience and planning of residents within the society. read more

Hospitals are nearby, within 2 kilometers for emergencies, and there are also clinics available in the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and badminton court are available and well-maintained in the society. People are very friendly, respectable, and cooperative in the society. The parking area is very spacious in the society. read more
