Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar Mhada lottery 2024 extended till May 20

April 2, 2024:  The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (Mhada) has extended the Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar Mhada lottery 2024 by a month. The lottery forms will now be accepted till May 20. 

Under the Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar Mhada lottery 2024 941 homes and 361 plots will be sold. Around 233 units will be available under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) of this total. Hingoli, Jalna, Latur, Padegaon and Nakshatrawadi District are locations where the units under the Mhada lottery will be available.

How to register for Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar Mhada lottery 2024?

• Interested applicants have to do a single Mhada registration and participate in the Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar Mhada lottery or any other Mhada board lottery.
• Log on to Mhada Housing Lottery System IHLMS 2.0 at https://housing.mhada.gov.in/signIn for registration. 
• Documents have to be submitted at the time of registration. Only documents that are verified and approved will be allowed to participate in the Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar Mhada lottery 2024.

• You will see the four categories- PMAY, OMR, AIG and AMR and 20% lottery. Click on scheme under each category to know about the various projects available.

• You will see all project details such as categories, builtup area, super builtup area, carpet area, cost, EMD for the project, Total units available and RERA registration number. You will also see the image of the building, floor plan, location plan and google map to know exact location.
