Good things here

There is greenery all around here and the environment here is clean. there is a metro station nearby. the road here is wide.auto cab, taxi is easily available here.There is no problem of water here and electricity is always available in sufficient quantity.Here electricity charges are normal.There are many small and big vegetable vendors.there are good restaurants nearby.

There are no good parks nearby for children to play. CCTV cameras are not installed at many places.At many places, road street lights do not work properly, due to which there is darkness in many place and there is a fear of snatching at night.

Good connectivity via public transport and private cabs such as OLA and Uber. Metro station nearby, restaurants and grocery shops near by Wide roads and plenty of trees planted along the footpath. Frequent power cuts and voltage issues.

Taloja is a prime location in Navi Mumbai and offers good connectivity to places like Kharghar, Panvel, Thane, Belapur etc. You can easily find everything here in very close proximity except pure water. As the locality faces a severe shortage of water.
