Casagrand Boulevard is one of the best projects I have ever seen. The properties promise an all-encompassing life. Apart from designing superior living spaces that reflect quality, reliability, and excellence in architecture, each Casagrand property offers a unique set of modern amenities and facilities that promote community living and make everyday lives healthy and full of excitement. It will offer a complete living experience with lifestyle amenities such as a rooftop swimming pool, fully equipped gym, yoga room, games room, outdoor sports courts, herbal garden, reflexology path, sandpit, trampoline, LEGO room, salon and spa, party hall, convenient storage, business center, kids’ learning center, guest room, open terrace and acres of lush green open lawn. I am looking forward for the construction to be done.

It has strategically chosen to develop its properties in burgeoning localities that offer ease in connectivity, thriving social and commercial infrastructure, and proximity to modern lifestyle conveniences. They promise a good quality of construction, good fitting, 24-7 security, power reserves, even things like ATMs, swimming pools, landscaped parks, and gyms and they have given it. The location is safe, the road wide and the highway is not too far away. The mobile network is also not fluctuating as I noticed during my visit. It is in company with numerous renowned schools, clinics, shopping objections, tech parks, and each urban convenience required, so you invest less energy out and about and more at home.

The properties in Chennai include locations such as OMR, ECR, Mogappair, Anna Nagar, Madhavaram, Korattur, Sholinganallur, Poonamallee, Manapakkam, Medavakkam, Pallavaram, Oragadam, Thalambur, and many other prominent neighbourhoods. The project hosts in its lap exclusively designed Residential Apartments, each being an epitome of elegance and simplicity. My family will love living here and we are eagerly looking for the possession to start soon.

I think they should sort out some basic problems with this project. They should not collect high care costs if they do not provide the level of maintenance. Should take steps to bring city water. Construction is still going on and it’s look fine till date. The cellular tower is good enough to keep going that I found during my visit. However, if you look overall the proposition is not bad. Crèche facilities will be very helpful for us parents who work. Hope it ends soon. I will rate 50-50 to the project.

Casagrand Boulevard will be my new home and I am abundantly satisfied with it. You see, I always thought of living in Casagrand Boulevard and the city has many to remember. It has worked towards a vision of building aspirations and delivering value. You find all the major roads, the railway stations, the sea, metro stations, shopping, dining and entertainment hubs, offices, and everything else nearby. Living in such an area, you automatically expect the best safety and amenities while the views are superb in my opinion. You will find a pharmacy, marts, grocery outlet, petrol pump, bank, and healthcare center nearby. I am waiting to move in soon.
