Good things here

Second building on street. Apartment building was built by my family and we retained one apartment. Single owner. We have been using it as an office space from the time of construction. Never been used for residential purposes. Heart of the city. On the main road. Next street to bask cafe.

Its northern and eastern borders are Teynampet, and its eastern borders are Mylapore, Mandavelli, and Abhiramapuram. It is a residential zone situated centrally in Chennai. Its southern and western borders are Raja Annamalai Puram and Nandanam. Some of Chennai's most expensive real estate in this area can be found. Alwarpet is connected to other prestigious neighbourhoods via Pasumpon Muthuramalinga Thevar Road, Cenotaph Road, Mount Road, Luz Church Road, and Canal Bank Road. Getting around the remainder of Chennai is simple with either the MTC buses or the MRTS (Mass Rapid Transit System). The Kavignar Bharathidasan Road will take you two kilometers to the Blue Line's Nandanam station.
