KARUPPASWAMY BUILDERS (P) Ltd was founded in 1998, by our visionary leader Mr. R S Sivasaravanan, proud Civil Engineering alumni of Coimbatore Institute of Technology (CM with a rich and in depth experience in construction field. Our company was headed under his able guidance and built around the ethical values as the base. In the exercise of combining the experience and expertise of Karuppaswamy Builders along with the new age trends and aesthetics of fresh and young engineers of this generation, they have made an alliance with MAHENDRA CONSTRUCTIONS founded by Mr Kartick Mahendran, a talented and dedicated civil engineer from Auckland, New Zealand, with lots of energy, fresh ideas and overseas technology.
